Priory View is in a really handy location with free parking nearby, English is spoken, breakfast is included and prices are reasonable for the town but I would find it really hard to recommend it, the best I can say is that I have stayed in grottier places. The place smells musty and needs a good, thorough clean. The bedside... More

We booked 3 rooms in Priory View for our group of 6 people to stay the night before we caught the ferry back to England from St. Malo. Dinan is a wonderful historic town and Priory View is only a few minutes' walk from the town centre with easy car parking nearby so it was very convenient all round. The... More

Priory View is an OK place to stay. Not fancy, but comfortable, with helpful staff, and a nice free breakfast. But I'm afraid the gorgeous parrots in their cage made me very sad. Can't help it - imagine having wings but not being allowed to fly. Just my opinion of course, but it spoilt the visit for me.

I booked this B&B a few days before by telephone, and confirmed it by email. Looking at the other reviews I must of lucked out, my room no 4 was a bit tatty and smelled musty, the bed was hard and gave me back ache, the bathroom was separate , some steps down, across the landing and up some steps,... Initially we had difficulty finding Priory View but once located everything is within easy reach including free car park adjacent to the property and a mere 5 minute walk into the old town. The area surrounding Priory View is delightful with its old buildings and cobbled streets. Our host made us feel very welcome and was both helpful and friendly... More

We found this 16th century building nicely decorated and very comfortable. It's clean, quiet and has heat-important when it 33 degrees and hailing! This old building had everything we could need. Our host couldn't have been more accommodating. We wanted to wash clothes, but we also needed to go out to eat. He took our laundry out of the washer,... More

Three comfortable nights in amazing Dinan. I felt very relaxed in my quiet room overlooking the old priory. Basic room which was clean and had a good shower. A good breakfast of croissants, cold meats, muesli, fruit, yoghurt, coffee or tea was included and car parking in the free car park next to the property was a bonus as long... More

I was impressed by this small but very comfortable "chambre d'hôte". The room I was given was extremely clean, the host was very friendly and the breakfast good. My room had a fantastic view of the priory. There is ample parking space right next to the property too. I strongly recommend "Dinan Priory View" to anyone looking for an honest,... More

This Chambre Dote is in a perfect place ,very close to the centre of Medieval Dinan. An easy 5 Minuit walk. The car park holds about 10 cars, which is a real plus . As this was my first experience in a French B&B ,it had no comparisons . A friendly welcome was spoiled by the sight of " dog dirt"... More

Less than a fifteen minute walk from the the railway station. This is such a nice place to stay, so friendly. The room was comfortable and had a great shower! Breakfast was really good with a personal touch. English is spoken so trouble in communicating.
