Central hotel with parking at the back for small cars. It's a bit narrow for larger vehicles. Staff very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Bedrooms okay with nice solid beds but no A/Cs or fans in temperatures of over 30oC. Breakfast rather basic but adequate.

Stayed here whilst walking Le Chemin de Compostelle. Unfortunately our room faced the main road and was very noisy. The hotel is comfortable and clean and the staff helpful and nice. Food was very good and breakfast was excellent. The hotel is very nice inside and the outside doesn't do it justice.

Was recommended this city and hotel by a manager in another Inter Hotel. So we called in and took a room. All I can say is that the manager who recommended it, must never have seen the rooms. The city is great, the hotel is in a good location, just a 5/10 minute walk from the old town. But that...

Welcoming and pleasant decor in the restaurant, friendly helpful staff, with limited English but we managed to communicate. Evening meal was very good, and presentation of food was good. Breakfast was fine but not a lot of choice available. Walking distance to main tourist sites. Room was basic but clean and comfortable

Very central, with garage. Excellent value, friendly service, good restaurant. Perfect for an overnight stay. Le-Puy-en-Velay is well worth a visit, and this hotel provides the perfect starting point as it is so close to the heart of the town.

I stayed for two nights and I paid almost 117 euro per night. The breakfast was about 10.50 euro if it is not included in your reservation. 1- The location is good on old town, almost close to everything and walking distance to sight seen like cathedral and down town 2- They have a garage, but the entrance was so...

A friend and I spent two nights at the Bristol before a walk on the Camino de Santiago. Its positives were a central location not far from the station and friendly staff. However a very cramped room with a retro-fit bathroom, a loo that required flushing three times to achieve the required result, and light switches that did not work...

This hotel was a good overnight stop - it had a garage for which they didn't charge, a garden to drink a cool beer, comfortable rooms and most importantly friendly and polite staff. It is conveniently situated for the old town. I'd definitely stay there again.

When you arrive at this hotel the outside looks rather shabby but the rooms are clean and bright and our 'comfort' room at the back was quiet and overlooked the courtyard. The entrance to the garage is extremely narrow (just got our Peugeot 5008 in very slowly). It's a short walk to the city centre so could not have asked...

We arrived without reservations at this hotel and to give them credit the reception was friendly and the stay was fine.... but, this is an old hotel and all the facilities are rather tired and dated. Nothing special here and a typical old, small and rather dismal room. The best feature was the quite reasonable French Style breakfast and the...
