Hotel is really very good the rooms are excellent and well turned out.staff very helpful and most speak English which helps. However the one big problem this hotel has it has absolutely no parking and friends of ours had their car towed away.so if you travel by car give this hotel a miss.

We were in the room with the curved window that you see in the pictures. Looked down in the garden which is walled in, so very private. Great staff, very helpful at directing us around Bordeaux and getting us reservations. Shower, lots of hot water and pressure. Fairly quiet, despite being in the middle of Euro2016, but we did hear... More

Nice hotel with friendly staff! Recommend it. We had an amazing breakfast on the room and everything is close walking distance. You have a lot of stores and tax free shops within 100 meters. Really cheep hotel totally worth every penny. Thumbs up!

If you have a choice to stay elsewhere do so. This hotel is part of the chateaux and hotels collection and is nothing like any of the other properties. While I understand that it is an old world property nothing has been done to improve the guest rooms. Our first room did not have air conditioning as advertised. They put... More

We stayed for two nights before beginning wedding preparation and were very disappointed. The courtyard and inside waiting areas were very nice but the rooms were tiny, had colored, cheap woodern tables and beds and they bathroom was cramped. Staff were very helpful but it started out big week poorly and if we could have checked out we would have.... More

Tucked away, just a 10min walk from the centre of Bordeaux is this delightful boutique hotel. Rooms are clean and contemporary and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has off road parking, which is essential for its location. I'd recommend this hotel for a sightseeing trip to Bordeaux.

This hotel is a gem. It's very easy to find and strategically located, very close to the center and easily accessible from the airport. Entering through the main doors gives you the wow-effect. The facade in the main courtyard is spectacular and beautiful. The hotel feels very intimate and service is impeccable. Cecilia at the reception gave us lots of... More

Finding this beautiful small hotel can be difficult at present due to road works in the area but once there it is well worth the trouble. The room we had was No8, a spacious room, spotlessly clean with chic decor. The receptionist (Celina) was efficient and friendly and we were made most welcome. The hotel is situated within easy walking... More

We had a lovely stay en route from Paris to Barcelona. Everyone we met was charming and very helpful and made us feel most welcome. My husband can't speak French, but this was not a problem as the staff could all speak English very well. Our room was beautiful and had its own terrace. Breakfast was a selection of cold... More
