Stayed here one night for a business trip. Room was clean and tidy. Plenty of towels on the bathroom. Excellent Wi-Fi connection for my Moby & laptop. Didn't eat here. Person at reception was very helpful and receptive and spoke really good English. Breakfast started at 6.30am but had to leave at 6.30am so got a doggy bag of croissants... More

This is a very well-placed hotel, right in the heart of Bordeaux, just around the corner from the Opera and by a major tram stop. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the staff are welcoming and the breakfast is scrummy! One thing - if arriving by car, best be a capable driver as parking in their underground car park requires... More

The Hotel Majestic is located in the central area of Bordeaux. It is near a major tram stop, and close to the Opera and banking centers. The staff is very helpful, especially with local recommendations. You can store your luggage if necessary. The hotel has a lovely lounge/breakfast area. The rooms are nicely appointed and large. Very comfortable bed. Fairly... More

This is an excellent city hotel and as others have said in a great location. The reception staff were very good with a great command of English despite my attempts to speak with them in French. We had a superior room which was very comfortable, modern and contemporary. Nice minibar that I have to mention as it contained the famed... More

As mentioned, this hotel has the perfect location for central Bordeaux. This could be a cause for concern as many hotels with this kind of location advantage tend to use it as a reason to have poor value, lazy service and/or tired, old facilities. However, the Hotel Majestic does not fall into any of those traps - the staff are... More

This hotel has a near perfect position in the centre of Bordeaux and is within easy walking distance of all the good restaurants and other places of interest. Clients with a car can use the hotel car parking facilities, which is recommended and if possible leave the car there until required for the next stage of your journey. Decent enough... More

Excellent hotel for sightseeing, in the centre where all the shops ,bars, restaurants, and the theatre. Easy to get to from the train station use the tramlines two and get off at the terminus. The hotel is across the road down a side street.

Fantastic City Centre location. Our room was small but very comfortable. Can highly recommend. Breakfast fine but better round the corner in the square. Would stay here again if in Bordeaux. Helpful staff

The hotel has limited car parking. I forget to email the hotel for parking space so I have to park at the underground public car park which is not far from the hotel but quite expensive. The hotel located in the prime location. Receptionists are informative and helpful. The room is clean.

We stayed at the Hotel Majestic for 2 nights in June while in Bordeaux. Prior to leaving home I emailed the hotel for directions from the airport and they were perfect. We opted for going by bus; city bus #1 (a 45 minute ride), followed by a tram 'C' transfer just a couple of blocks from the hotel. We were... More
