The hotel is small and very French, but you are in France. The room we stayed in was very nice with comfortable beds, clean and nicely furnished. The staff all spoke English and were very helpful with taxis etc. Breakfast is good. The main benefit of staying here is the location which is very central, with a tram stop over... More

My wife and I stayed here when we visited Bordeaux for a couple of nights. It is in the pedestrian area of Bordeaux which is what we wanted but you need to therefore walk to it with your suitcases (so don't stay here if that's an issue for you). We were greeted by very friendly staff who helped us with... More

We stayed in this hotel five years ago and were looking forward to going back. It's still very charming and the team there are extremely friendly and courteous. We stayed in one of the more expensive rooms which was beautifully decorated but is showing some signs of wear and tear now I.e. The lamp fitting had come away from the... More

We did stay 3 nights at the Hotel Particulier and we did enjoy very much. Very well located, very cosy and convenient... Certainly not a Sheraton or Hyatt, but quite a good standard and a unique location... if you are looking for something slightly more exclusive and "out of the box"... but without the 5 stars services (if there is... Renovated old mansion house with all original features - high ceilings, old floors, original plaster work, amazing windows and balconies, old glass floors..... Cute tea room on the 2nd floor and only 10 mins from the river and the Place de Parliament. Booked a double and a triple and both were great. The triple (Debussy room) had 2 bedrooms and... More

I stayed in this beautiful place for nearly one week during the UEFA Euro 2016. It is located in the centre of Boredeaux, right next to a tram station and near the Cathédrale Saint-André de Bordeaux. An underground car parc is a ten minute walk away. Ask the reception for a discount code. I had a middle sized room (which... More

This is a great hotel in the centre of Toulouse just 100yds up form the cathedral. The river front is 10 minutes walk away and the lovely Gambetta square (good for restaurants) is 2 minutes walk. The hotel is slightly unusual in having self-catering facilities in the rooms (fridge, microwave, sink etc). These are tucked away very efficiently so they... More

This boutique hotel is something very, very special. It's closeness to all that can be experienced in the city is a real plus but adding to that is the young, welcoming and efficient yet relaxed staff. The manager, Florence (which sounds beautiful when said in French) is an absolute delight. She was always smiling, friendly and attentive to all needs... More

Me and a friend stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The location is just perfect. We stayed in a apartment with a double bed, bed sofa, bathroom (shower) and a kitchenette (40 square meters). The service was perfect helping out with wine tours and other suggested things to do. The breakfast isn't included and it will cost you EUR... More

Stupidly five ladies booked a visit to Bordeaux when the UEFA football was on without realising it! Yes us. This hotel was almost the only one with accommodation of three rooms, but the central location meant it worked for us. The service pre-booking and pre-visit was outstanding. Every stupid little question from what was in room, weather, later arrival instructions... More
