We stayed at Les Chambres de Camille for four nights. Chandal is a kind and knowlegeable hostess who had a healthy and varied breakfast for us every morning. Her restaurant suggestions were excellent. We stayed in the "Miroir d'eau" room and found it to be quiet and comfortable. We really appreciated the floor fan during some warm nights. The entire...

My husband and I stayed with Chantal and Francois for 6 nights at the end of September and it was perfect. We had just finished cycling along the Compostelle from Cahors to St Jean Pied de Port, and arriving here was like getting a well deserved gift at the end of our journey. We stayed in the pink room -...

A lovely hidden gem so close to the centre of Bordeaux. Warm welcome, spotlessly clean room with excellent amenities (extra pillows in cupboard, fan, tea/coffee, etc). Beautiful breakfast with home-made yoghurt and green tea muffins. There is a lovely courtyard terrace outside the breakfast room. The owners are very knowledgeable about the area and very easy to chat to. Excellent...

My husband and I stayed at Les Chambers de Camille for four nights at the beginning of April. Francois and Chantal were friendly, welcoming, and helpful in giving us suggestions about our activities and restaurant choices in the lovely city of Bordeaux. Our room, Parc Bordelais, was spacious and spotless, as was the big ensuite bathroom with a lovely soaker...

A great place to stay in Bordeaux - small, intimate, very attractive and with attention to detail. The hosts François and Chantal were lovely and Chantal serves a great breakfast! Nice residential neighbourhood, but close to the centre. Great if you are traveling by car, as parking in the surrounding streets is free and quite easy to find. Highly recommended.

My friend and I spent a lovely weekend in Bordeaux. The proprietors of les chambres de camille could not have been more helpful. The rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean and breakfast was great. We also received lots of helpful tips and restaurant recommendations from the owners. Great service

We were a group of 3 and stayed for 2 nights. The room decoration is amazing (we stayed im the room with the red decoration) and the house is wonderful. There's so much detail to make you feel welcome. Francois shared lots of advice on what to do and offered the best breakfast we got during our trip in France....

I stayed in this inn with my 2 daughters. It is a well-appointed little house, with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The hosts, Francois & Chantal, were very pleasant & gracious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfasts were quite good also, with many of the foods homemade. The inn is not in the heart of the city, but as others have...

This is a very nice B&B a little bit on the edge of the center. The rooms were large and well decorated.Breakfasts in the morning were great. The only down side is it is a bit outside the city center. You are close to a tram stop so its not too difficult to get in to the main tourist area....

“Our rooms were at the front and the road outside was quite noisy so if it's hot and you need the windows open you might prefer the room at the back.”

“It is an authentic preserved 'Bordelaise' building, beautiful family home, so you will not be disappointed with the setting. High ceiling, big staircase, courtyard at the back. On a Sunday there are not many restaurants open in the area (in the low season), you may have to adventure further into the town.”
