Great location. Easy walk to the center. Many restaurant choices at all price levels nearby.Comfortable room, made up each day. Nice continenfal style breakfast included each day.Very good wifi. Loved the water pressure in the shower. Carolina and Daniella, both good English, very kind and helpful to me. Make sure you write the entrance code after you make your booking.... More

I read all the reviews for this place and thought ... "It's close to the city it will be fine for one night"! The walls are paper thin and you hear EVERYTHING! Our shower head was broken and you had to hold it... The bed was terrible... Breakfast was cereal and toast. If you think you can deal go ahead...... More

We arrived at 2pm and rang bell for more than half an hour. No one opened door. Finally got email with access code. Very dirty entrance with old dark stairs to room. Room was spacious but not clean. Bathroom was a shock. Didnt feel comfortable using it. Dining area was not up to standard and breakfast was bread and yoghurt.... More

We had to wait outside for an hour until someone who was staying there let us in. We then found our key hanging in reception as we walked through the eery hallway we found our room which was protected only by a glass door. A door in the hall kept opening and slamming by itself we tried to fix it... More

Though the room was small and fairly basic, bathroom was very small and not ideal for a group share situation. The hotel staff were outstanding and couldnt be more helpful when we needed to find another hotel for an extra nights accommodation because of train cancellation. Not really in the centre of the action, but not a bad spot for... More

The hotel is of a very low standard, like a bad youth hostel. 70,-€ for the night (double room) is way to much for the little comfort you get. Our room was very dark with brownish wallpapers and old furnitures that you don't want to touch. The toilet flush didn't work properly, there was no stopper in the sink. We... More

This hotel is located very slightly outside of the city center, but if you like to walk it's not a problem. Staff was nice on arrival but the room was very desaponting: it was strongly smelling a chemical and unpleasant smell, probably a not so fresh air - freshner used to cover the bad smell of the room itself. Room... More

The hotel is well located, we parked the car and walked for the all journey. I found the room very clean and perfectly quiet at night. The breakfast was good, simple but covering all the basics (milk, coffee, juice, cereal, bread, cake, toasts, jam, butter). There's was no recepcionist when we got there but that wasn't a problem, we had... More

Good location just minutes from Place Gambetta and lots of shops nearby. Very nice buffet breakfast included in our price too. The only thing I would say was bad is that the bathroom in the double room was so small you could barely turn around in it. It is like a plane toilet size. All ok apart from that though.
