We stayed here with our 14yr old daughter and apartment and service and facilities were great but it was not a good location for us particularly at night with drunks. Unfortunate to witness a violent attack in nearby street which didn't seem out of the ordinary for the area. But could not fault hotel!

Room was extremely spacious, especially for European standards. Staff was extremely helpful. Location was good. Next to mall with inexpensive cafes for lunch. Maid service is extra, however wifi is free. Def stay at this hotel chain again in other cities.

We found this hotel to be thoroughy depressing. The only colour in the room was a lime green shag rag on the floor which was rather ugly! The doors to the bathroom were grey metal with a few small slits and looked exactly like school locker doors. We originally booked this apartment for 3 nights thinking that we would cook...

This is a wonderful place to stay. It seems to be a fairly new property. The room was large and well laid-out. It had a king bed, spacious bathroom with shower and tub, lounger/couch which could sleep a third person, kitchenette, table, chairs and a TV that was smartly mounted on a rolling platform so it could be swung around...

Some people will say it is a bit annoymous, and a bit 'business like' but all this is obvious from the hotel website. This is a big, new building fairly near the centre of the city - you get exactly what is advertised. The broadband was free, the hotel clean and friendly but, best of all, are the 'apartment' rooms...

We stayed one night here after being disgusted by our previous hotel booked. Adagio saved the day! We could only book one night but had they had availability we would have stayed two. The gentleman at reception couldn't have been more helpful. He went out of his way to find us a hotel of similar standard for our second night....

Stayed for 3 nights just before Christmas 2010. The hotel is modern and clean - but lacks character. The location is close to the city centre and within walking distance of the Tourist Office. Rooms were clean but the beds were far too hard to get a decent nights sleep. Didn't try the breakfast - it didn't look very inspiring!...

This is a modern hotel that is well located close to the city centre, one can walk to the main shopping areas of Bordeaux and to the riverside. The hotel is not at all a "French" experience, it lacks the charisma and charm that many hotels have in the area. That being said it was good value and room spacious...

For the independent traveller not requiring a horde of flunkeys this must be the top choice in Bordeaux. We had a very attractive apartment also designed with maximum utility in mind. We arrived early (about 10 a.m.) just to leave our luggage till check-in time & were given an apartment on the spot. All staff were polite, professional & friendly....
