Hotel has a perfect location to visit the Christmas market. Staff extremely friendly. Hotel itself is very nice when you are not looking for the grandiose 5 star hotel. Clean and neat. It's a 16th century building that fits well in the surrounding.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was VERY well kept and clean. We had a VERY friendly welcome, the gentleman working the desk checked us in, took our bags for us and he personally escorted us to our room. The rooms were quite spacious, we were very impressed with the decor and how comfortable the bed was. Lots... More

A friend and I were there for three nights and were very impressed with the service, decor and location. Even the lowest priced rooms are well appointed with tasteful furniture and a large space. Hotel staff was consistently friendly and well informed. My only suggestion is for them to expand/upgrade the menu as we ate at the hotel one night... More

We spent a lovely weekend in the beautiful town of Strasbourg in October 2016. The town itself is beautiful and definitely worth the visit. The hotel is the perfect spot to start every Strasbourg excursion, lying absolutely central and in walking distance to any inner city sight. We had one suite for us two adults and our two kids. The... More

this hotel id one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. It is in a perfect location, walking distance to all the major sights including La Petite France and the cathedral. It has very large rooms, very clean with an awesome shower. What made it different are 2 things: 1- the personnel. Unbelievably efficient, caring and trying to... More

This was the highlight of our vacation. The location is right in the middle of Petite France with many restaurants. It is also within walking distance to the Cathedral. The property was renovated 5 years ago and is spectacular. Guests can use the spa located in the wine cellar basement. Staff helped us get to the hotel which is located... More

We really enjoyed our stay in this marvelous hotel. First, be prepared with a password to enter the pedestrian section where the hotel is located. You will have to provide it before entering. Also the GPS may provide incorrect directions at first but will ultimately get you there. Once there, everything is first rate at the hotel. The rooms are... More

A beautiful hotel situated right in the middle of Petite France! We had a suite for a family of 3. The separate room in the cock-loft is very cute and reminds me of the Heidi cartoon series. The suite is very nice with modern fittings and antique furniture. Breakfast is good but we did not try lunch or diner at... More

We arrived in Strasbourg after 10 days traveling in France. The hotel was just what we needed to do a bit of recovery, as well as be situated perfectly in Strasbourg to walk to so many great sites. It is intimate, has a spa (with a fantastic massage therapist) and a breakfast room that I wish I could bring home... More
