The rooms were in a very sad condition, with broken blinds and curtains instead of wardrobe doors, and fairly priced for what it is. The staff is friendly and helpful and when parking in the nearby garage then the hotel gives you a discount voucher which reduces the price of parking by almost half. The location is great but that's... More

This is a two-star hotel so I guess you can't expect too much. We stayed for one night - I would not choose to stay longer. Although the hotel is very clean, the rooms do not reflect the pictures on the booking site - broken drapes, crooked curtains in place of wardrobe doors and a constant smell of disinfectant, lets... This hotel was a major disappointment. We were in Strasbourg to visit the Christmas markets and chose this hotel for the location. The price also seemed reasonable. Strasbourg really comes alive at Christmas. This hotel had scant Christmas decorations and had a real industrial sterile feel which is a real shame in Strasbourg which is such a charming city. The... Weekend holiday. Excellent location! Our room was on the fifth floor which is the attic floor. The room was super mega tiny, thank god we are not big people and did not have a lot of luggage. There was no privacy when going to the toilet, the door was paper so if you're a new couple or travelling with someone... More

We visited Alsace, Saint Hippolyte for 4 days with a group of 8 people and decided to visit Strasbourg the last day. We were not looking for a fancy hotel but clean, tiny and affordable place. Hotel Le Kléber was what we were looking for, at the city center with easy access to park car. Went there around 11PM, slept... More

This hotel has quite reasonable price and the best location in the city. It's between the station and cathedral. Tram station is just in front of the hotel. I've stayed here for three times, in September 2013, September 2014 and December 2015, also booked it for my next trip. Staff is quite friendly, they keep your luggage after you check... More

This little hotel has a central location -- close to a tram stop, busy square, supermarkets, restaurants and must see sights in this beautiful city. The hotel itself is well managed , clean and comfortable. A good breakfast is available -- but there are many cafes nearby serving a good breakfast at lower prices, for the budget conscious traveller. Yes,... More

Stayed here for 2 nights during a mini break. Good things: The ladies in reception were very nice and helpful, offered to keep my suitcase in the tiny reception on day 2 after checkout, room was fine and clean, Price was good (120 Euros for 2 nights in a double room). Location is IDEAL, in place Kleber, centre of town,... More

The main positive of this hotel is location - right by a tram stop and walking distance to most of the sights you would want to see (i.e. 5 minutes from the Cathedral). There are also many restaurants in the immediate area. We had three rooms and they varied quite a bit. My room was fairly large, but some of... More

We got the room bisous bisous and to say that it was small, it is an understatement! We could not move together in the room at the same time, so imagine even trying to open the luggage! The bathroom was so small that you had to step over the toilette in order to enter the shower. it took 5 minutes... More
