This chain is cheap and cheerful. 32€ for two or three people to share a room in a major city, really not bad. Staff were friendly, plenty of parking, and they don't mind dogs. Breakfast was 3.5€ per person. Simple with coffee or tea, juice, bread, cornflakes. Good way to start you off for the day. The place was clean,...

So I ended up staying at this hotel with a few mates of mine, we arrived quite late and weren't really expecting what we got. At the reception desk there was a guy who could barely speak English (their own description states they speak English very well), he ignored us for around half an hour because of an extremely important...

When we got there, we waited around 30 minutes while being ignored by the receptionist because he was having a friendly chat with his mate. After he was done, he ungratefully checked us in and charged us a little more than was previously stated on their booking.com page. We asked him some questions about the room, all were answered with...

You surely don't want to stay here (unless you deliberately plan to ruin your stay). There are no sinks in the toilets (in order to wash your hands you have to go back to your room) and the staff members are not even ill-mannered - they are simply rude (beware using the toilet shortly after check-out or prepare for being...

You have to pay extra for (tiny, worn out) towels, whereas they are included in the price at other F1 hotels. The neighborhood and the premises are not well-maintained. The showers were not clean. Staff is not really welcoming. Quite cheap, but not good value.

Our experience was terrible. The room was clearly not well cleaned, everything was dusty and dirty. There was no room to pack out our stuff from the luggages. The toilets and showers were disgusting, we had to find the one where the sink was not clogged with hairs and stuff like that and where there was soap. Never again!

Cob webs in the window and inside the room, NO AC , poor ventilation ..avoid if the temperature is above 70 ...As usual bathroom and showers are to be shared with other guest for 45 euros... Price is too high for this quality of hotel.

We spent a weekend in Strasbourg and chose this hotel because it seemed like good value for money. Except that it wasn't. The real problem is actually the kind of people who frequent this hotel. Dodgy types, most of them...and on one night a prostitute was waiting just outside the hotel. Needless to say, you wouldn't want to share toilets...

The hotel was bad even for a cheap hotel. there was even a prostitute loitering outside one night. the reception people were very nice and helpful. but the rooms, shared facilities and general atmoshpere where dismal.
