Located in the city centre just few metres away from the tram in a nice location. Neat and clean appartment. Easily accessible. Walking distance from the cathedral and place kleber. Walking distance to petite france.

Smallish apartment, though decently furnished. Staff could have been better trained. Breakfast is really lousy. Otherwise, close to what matters. I would not stay there again, though Citadines definitively has much better properties in other parts of the country.

It is an excellent value for money. Very clean room equipped with all the required facilities. Located right in town next to many shops and restaurants. Has its own car park but not free however I found it very tight to maneuver especially on the lower floors. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Near the center town area, with a good parking right under the hotel. In a few minutes you arrive at the Notre Dame Cathedral or at the "Petite France". Near the Notre Dame Cathedral you can embark on a boat and go around the city on the water

There's no air conditioning which makes it terrible in the summer (couldn't sleep/breath from the heat). There's no house keeping unless you spend 6 nights. You need to print a voucher if you book through an agency.. Like a low cost airline type of thing.

Nice, clean, airy apartment in great location. You can use the coffee from the dining room after noon, but if you are not having breakfast there and want a morning cuppa, bring your own. Pleasant place.

Good geological position in the centre of the city. Ask for a room that gives on to the courtyard and you won't hear a thing. Be aware that the car park access is VERY narrow. The rooms are well equiped. The breakfast courtyard is particularly pleasant.

After a wonderful stay at Citadines on Bourke in Melbourne, we received a 40% off voucher for any Ascott property, so decided to use it while we were in Strasbourg. The hotel is in a good location, just off the main shopping strip and only about 10 minutes walk to the cathedral. However, this is about where it stops -... More

Modern reception area, very helpful gentleman on reception, giving advise on best way to see the city.. Apartment has a small but usually kitchen and easy walking distance of main city centre. Plenty of places to eat.

It was exactly this time when pictures looked much better than the reality. We just needed a hotel for one night, nothing special was expected and the reviews by others were pretty good, but it was a disappointment.
