Very fine experience at a nicely appointed hotel in Strasbourg. No problems with the service. We arrived and had 2 separate reservations from 2 different booking sites and they were able to combine them and allow us to stay in the same room. The hotel is located very close to the train station so if you are arriving by train,...

Stayed one night on both legs of our trip overland to Italy from Northern Ireland. On arrival at the hotel the staff were extremely professional and helpful, even parking my car and returning it to the space in front of the hotel on checking out. We loved it so much we booked it for our return stay home. Breakfast was...

We decided on this hotel after combing through all the reviews on Trip Advisor. The booking was made via booking.com and the price (120 Euros) a little more than on some other sites, but we did get a free upgrade to an executive room. The room was clean and spacious, very quiet facing into the courtyard. There were electric exterior...

We stayed four nights in this hotel and we enjoyed our stay a lot. Location is 5 min walk from the station and another 10 to the (old) city-center. Very nice staff, helpfull and gentle. The building is old (1895), the breakfast-hall and it's decoration is antique, the rooms (as far as I know) are brand new and modern. Very...

Stayed here for one night in July 2011 and found the staff helpful and friendly. This hotel is well situated near the centre of town within easy walk of some great pubs and restaurants, and has a secure underground garage within a very short walk from the main building. The room was clean and comfortable, although starting to look a...

Reading the good reviews of the hotel my expectations probably were too high. The hotel and the hotel room were clean and the service was great and the staff very nice and helpful. The main drawback was the room which was quite basic and the wifi, which I had a lot of difficulties with. The breakfast wasn’t very exciting. The...

I booked this hotel at the last minute after deciding to visit Strassboug for the weekend and was totally delighted with all aspects of the hotel. we found it easily, parked outside while checking in and then had the car valet parked in the hotel car park (for only 12 euros a night). We had a very large room, with...
