This is the second time we have stayed here, as it's ideally located for our activity in Strasbourg. The rooms are OK and the service is generally good, but the quality of the restaurant food is quite poor for evening meal. We should have been warned when the restaurant had only 1 other diner at 8pm in the evening. Large open car park is a major plus for us. About a 2km walk to the town centre and cathedral area.

The ambience was obviously dated with old utilities though spacious. The staff service was very good from reception to bar to room service. Compliments particularly to Mohammed at reception that took the time and initiative after his 11pm shift to retrieve my wedding band that had slipped from my finger into the swimming pool. Amazing guy!

Just stayed here recently. The hotel is not really new, but we have chosen it as the place to stop before going on to Germany due to the secured parking in front of the hotel. Little did we know what we will run into a flat tyre on the way, before arriving at the hotel. Eva, the customer service officer checking us in for the stay, was excellent. She helped us with the calls to the car service Centre - both France and Germany, and even volunteered to help as the translation with the tow truck driver. Her service was beyond words. I hope with this review, the hotel management is aware of how she will go the extra mile to delight the guests. She will be an asset to whichever hotel that she may work in.

Our room was quite hot, was told air con would not be on for another week. Reception sent staff to unlock our sliding window, and room cooled down during the night. Yet we were having mosquitoes and bugs coming in to visit! The room was a bit smelly at first since air con was not on, but aired out ok after windows opened. Bedding was comfy. Breakfast area was crowded with a few other tour groups

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, one at the start and one at the end of a tour. Quite nice. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. The staff were quite pleasant. We stayed on half board basis; the breakfast was quite good, but I was not really impressed with dinner on the first night, It was much nicer on the second occasion. Entry to the lift is made by your room key. We had great fun going up and down trying to get things right!!
