Good: 1. Location is located in tourist area 2. Cheaper than other hotels in high season Bad: 1. Must find parking by yourself and then drag your luggage to the hotel 2. The stair is very small and you must be very careful if you also take a big luggage 3. The room is very small. You can sleep but... More

Perfect place with all important point are near! clean linen, clean bathroom, cosy room, great view, minute to cathedral, minute to Dublineers, what else would you like. There isn't lift, but who cares?! It is problem only when you arrive

Negatives: The room was extremely small. About 2 x 5 m with a double bed. The photos on their website were very deceiving. It would have been great if they had a kettle and tea cups or mugs in the room, as they don't serve breakfast, but there was absolutely nothing like that. They do not help with carrying luggage... For me it was a little tricky to find the hotel as one need to go through narrow entrance to the lobby (1st floor) from the outside. Check-in was a swift unfortunately it is open only until 7 pm. Receptionist speaks English and obliging when asked about places to eat, laundry service, etc. I got the room in the attic... More

Even though we booked a room in December (and confirmed) when we arrived in June they had no record of the booking. I showed them the confirmation but the receptionist couldn't shed any further light on the situation. I insisted that the hotel find us alternative accommodation and luckily one was found in a similar locality. I also asked them... More

The carpets are a tad worn... My twin room very narrow/ small...but thats all the negative i could say about it. Really impressed by... More

Very nice hotel in the center of Strasbourg, only few meters from the catherdral. The rooms were very small but clean. The bed was VERY comfortable. A little disadvantage is that the breakfast is not included but there are a lot of small cafés nearby. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is not very visible from the street, just a door with a small handwritten sign on it. The door is open only at certain hours in the morning and in the afternoon. Clients can open it with a kaypad-code. I was outside and under the rain, at noon, and when I have phone-called the hotel the receptionist told... More

This hotel has only one advantage: location. It is located in the center of the city center, just one minute walk from the square with the cathedral. Hotel itself is poor, unclean and disappointing. It was the first time for a looong time when I had a toilet outside a room which I had rent. The best solution is to... More

Room was tiny, bedsheets not clean (hair), no private bathroom/toilet, public shower and toilet were unclean. Only good point is that it's very central.
