Excellent old hotel in perfect location right on the river in center of old town. Classic interior, good food and service, not overpriced. I really enjoyed my stay, especially my extended breakfast in the 'salon'. (Also enjoyed the Colmar old town).

The hotel is located in the old part of town. Our room was large and very comfortable. It looked out on the small river that ran along the back of the hotel - a picturesque scene! The room was half timber design and unique. The front desk staff was helpful in getting situated in our room and oriented to the... More

This charming 16th century hotel located on the canal, at the beginning of the old town came as a complete surprise to us. Upon arriving in the courtyard to the manor's entrance you could see Mother Goose peeking around an upstairs window. Or at least you swear you did. The hotel is a conglomerate of 4 old buildings the main... More

We stayed here for two nights. The receptionist was unhelpful throughout our visit and gives a bad impression. The interior of the hotel needs refurbishment with worn carpets and tired furniture. Our room was OK, just, but very over-priced.. The great advantage is the location. Car parking there is a nightmare. The hotel's supposed garage is only suitable for a... More

Location is great. Bathroom was updated and clean, comfortable bed, was quiet at night. Wifi only worked at the front desk area, was very slow, log in process was a hassle. Drapes, bedspread and tablecloth in our room were stained. We just weren't feeling the supposed 'charm' of this hotel. One troubling aspect was the room keys were readily accessible... More

Walking up to this charming hotel, we were so excited to spend our first night in the Alsace region. the rooms are all named after composers, which we thought was really neat. I found our room to be in a great location on the second floor overlooking the canal. However, the room smelled and looked very dingy. The bathroom was... More

( only down side wi fi did not work in bedroom but worked well in sitting room areas of hotel) great location for access to all areas. Good free public parking... More

Very good location from which to explore Colmar. More than satisfied with the hotel as an affordable option to base ourselves in the town for the afternoon and morning the next day. Ate in town, so can't comment on the dining experience.

This hotel in the center of Colmar is amazing! Thr decor is fantastic, the breakfast superb, the service 5 stars, the location in the center city. They also have suites that overlook the canals. For a 4 stars it falls below expectations in terms of service and hotel amenities you are paying to be 2 minutes from old town and having views from your room overlooking canal. Parking is available opposite hotel for 3 euros each 2 hours, the wifi at hotel did not work in our room but there's a computer for guests
