This place has the kindest and most helpful host, she really went the extra mile for the stay. She is friendly and with a lot of patience for guests! The room was great, clean and comfortable. To maintain this kind of hosting standard in these difficult circumstances is fantastic!

The manageress was happy to let us arrive early, made us very welcome, and came up with a gluten-free breakfast when asked.(My husband says he indicated this on booking form, but it got lost somewhere in the process). We enjoyed breakfast in our room, & it was perfectly placed for our daughter's hall of residence. We'll hope to stay again.

We were going to stay only for a couple of nights before renting an apartment but had to stay longer due to different problems. All that time the hosts were very kind, compassionate and ready to help with almost anything. I travelled with my wife and 3 kids (all under 4 y.o.) and we received highest class service, help and attentiveness.Thank you Aisha, Jamal and Aminah for everything.

Room Tip: Room 1 is on the ground floor and is probably the largest. Loved staying there.

- We arrived at 6.30pm. No host to let us in. I called them and they said they would be on their way. They arrived to find our room had not been cleaned. We had to wait outside the property in our car for TWO hours before we could check in. (Check in is meant to be from 2.30pm) - NO breakfast supplied despite this being included in our room rate. - ONE bath towel supplied between 2 guests. - Despite the issues stated above (which were raised via email the following morning because again, the hosts were not there)... They still proceeded to charge the full amount of the room (The full price was extortionate for the quality of the room anyway, let alone the issues we had experienced!) - Completely unsatisfactory. I would not recommend at any cost.
