No, you have to park out on the main road if there are spaces left or use one of the side streets and walk.

We took a taxi, but it was very expensive and would only take currency. We only had $$ so had to pay premium. Be sure you have British currency if you take a taxi. I'm not sure of any other way to get there. We flew home... More
