Very friendly , both the hotel as recepecionistas . We were very well receipts, they have a fantastic kitchen, very clean bathroom . It is right in the city center .Very multicultural , Italian , Spanish, Portuguese , and have activities for those who do not know the city and want to know better.

This place isn't great but it's fine if you're just looking for a place to crash at night. Pretty good for backpackers if maybe a little overpriced for what you get. The staff are really friendly and helpful but the rooms and common areas were a little dirty. It is worth it because it's in the best location - right... More

Friendly, safe, well-run, young crowd. Very basic, but what do you expect for £15 a night? Breakfast fine, room clean if a bit too hot, shampoo, towels etc available for purchase at low cost. In a great area - good for bars, clubs and transport.

Stayed at this hostel for one night on a Thursday to Friday. My friend and I stayed in the 12 bed mixed dorm. If you are okay to pay a couple more quid for a smaller number of beds, I would do so! However, this was fine for one night. As two girls though, it was a bit weird when... More

Horrible place that stinks of urine. Toilet in the bathroom was blocked for my 2 day duration, no towels available. Also took a long time for the staff to open the front door and it was raining alot. I would not recommend this place - expensive for the quality of service... Nice location though.

As i arrived late at night in Manchester and would leave in the morning, I looked for a cheap place to stay near the shudehill bus station where I arrived and the Piccadilly trainstation from which I was leaving and found this place. When I came into the room I was shocked of how hard the noise was that came... More

10 of us stayed here for a stag do. It ticks all the boxes without being flashy. Clean, comfortable beds, working bathroom etc. Very good location for close to all the pubs, bars and restaurants of the Northern Quarter.

Serviceable hostel in the Northern Quarter. Generally clean in the common areas but lot of wear and tear in the rooms and the metal beds are flimsy. Bedding is also very basic and looked quite old. Had to report a health issue in the kitchen which management acted upon. Basic breakfast but bring your own tea/coffee as it is cheap... More

When we arrived, the hostel looked nice. The rooms were small but cleanliness was okay. On the website, it claimed you could hire towels for £2 and thus, I never travelled with a towel. However at the hostel I was told there were no towels left for hire. I thought that was unfair because had customers known that was an... More
