Enjoyed our stay, spacious room and good value for money. Location ideal for Oxford Road train station, China town, shows, Christmas markets when they are on. 10 mins or so walk to main shops in one direction and 10 mins or so walk to Science and Industry museum in the other which is fab. Staff very helpful and lovely with...

We've stayed here before, so we knew it would be fab. This hotel is perfect for the palace theatre (it's round the corner)... lovely helpful staff and big comfy beds. What more could you want. Perfect. We will be back, again.

There was a spacious family room with 3 beds which is superb for me with 2 kids. The main bed doesn't look like good quality though. With dirty carpet problem, the staff was helpful and the problem was solved as required and with fair standard. Breakfast was great and valuable.

2 adults and one teenager stayed in a family room (one double bed and one sofa bed). Beds were very comfortable and room was very clean. The only issue we had was noise from outside. Our room was on first floor and faced an alleyway where bins were kept. Late at night there would be loud noise from glass being...

Hello Thanks for taking the time to share your review. It's a shame to hear that your stay did not live up to expectations and that the cleanliness was not up to our usual standards. I've passed this on to the Hotel Management so that they can look into the issues you've raised and implement retraining with their Housekeeping and...

As always, a great standard from this Premier Inn. Have stayed here on numerous occasions and will happily continue to do so. All boxes were ticked...clean, well equipped and service with a smile. Wifi was a bit off-and-on which was frustrating as I'd paid a fiver for it, but that's just one of those things that's beyond their control.

My fiancee and I stayed at the Premier Inn on Portland Street as it was not far from Oxford Road where we would be visiting later on. The rooms are of a good size. Clean and comfortable as you'd hope for. The room itself was very well soundproofed especially in the heart of Central Manchester which surprised us. The breakfast...

Fairly central. Near bus station and tram stops and not far from Manchester Piccadilly and Oxford Road Station. Good range of places to eat near by. Room clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend Leaf on Portland Street as a place to eat, nearly opposite the hotel.

Good prime location near to so many amenities, nice bars and restaurants. Within walking distance to large shopping centre also. This is always my preferred hotel when visiting Manchester, have tried 2 others but keep returning here!

Excellent location for city centre shopping, china town, theatre, restaurants etc. Room lovely, clean and comfortable and very quiet. If travelling by train there is a free bus that stops opposite this hotel and if travelling by car there is a car park right next to the hotel that is charged at a discount.
