Had a lovely stay, was there for a concert staff were friendly and polite, the hotel was in an ideal location very close to Oxford station, unfortunately I had an awful nights sleep due to a gurgling shower and broken thermostat.

Stayed for one night in Jan 2018. Great city centre location, a short walk from all the major transport hubs. Staff very friendly on check in and out. Spacious clean and comfortable room, can’t fault it at all. Would definitely stay again.
Checked in 9pm at this location, we was greeted by Kelly at reception.
A wonderful young lady with a welcoming attitude asking if she could help with checking in, if we knew where we was going etc..
