Great stay as always in a premier inn, friendly staff, fabulous location close to lots of bars, pubs and the Arndale shopping centre. Only fault was lack of staff during the day (2pm) when we checked in, room wasn't ready so we were directed to the bar to wait, only trouble no staff there, different story at night though, plenty...

I always enjoy staying at this Premier Inn. The location is central to all amenities in Manchester City Centre, with very comfortable rooms and beds. The breakfast is always good and often replenished and any time we have dined in the restaurant, it has been delicious. It has recently been refurbished and includes a more efficient way of checking in...

Very nice, will visit again. We managed to get parked directly in front of the hotel and cannot fault the staff. The food was very nice and then finished off with a few glasses of wine. Was a nice start to Christmas and enjoyed the market too. All in all the perfect location and the rooms are massive and clean....

Spacious rooms, good decor, great ensuite, adequate restaurant, but most of all, fantastic location for Arena and shopping. There's enough parking and a warm reception. The bar is a little small and could do with more staff. Costa coffee is not great. Just a machine the staff operate.

Stayed on a Saturday night, our room was very large and clean. What you would expect from a chain hotel like this. It's not very well insulated on the inside, so it can be quite noisy. The windows are triple glazed, and our room on the 8th floor gave us a great view. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a fight...

Great location for central Manchester, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel clean and quiet. Only one warning the air conditioning does not work on the first four floors hence the rooms can get very warm

Recently stayed for one evening for a concert at the arena. Location was perfect - all the shops, restaurants and Christmas markets are also within walking distance. Our room was at the back of the hotel and was clean, spacious and very quiet. Had a fabulous night's sleep! The air conditioning/heating system is currently being updated, so there was a...

I chose this hotel simply because it is under 5 minutes walk from Manchester Arena. I am glad I did. The staff are efficient and friendly, offering excellent service with a smile. The room, and indeed the hotel in general, was clean, very well presented inside, and not showing signs of wear. (No worn carpets threadbare seats, etc.) If I...

I've stayed here twice, November 9/10 - 14/15 December, opting to return rather than staying elsewhere, the staff were friendly, very helpful. Parking is available £5 per night, not bad at all as arena was charging around £16 and that was just for 5/6 hours, we've stayed on both 1st/6th floor and face either way, noise level is not a...
