Amazing staff and amazing atmosphere The library bar never disappoints with an amazing selection of drinks We had the most relaxing time This time looking through the chanel book for an absolute treat
A masterclass in how to run a top notch hotel. Staff extremely pleasant throughout; from front desk to concierge to bar staff to spa bods, these people are a polished team who know how to turn on the charm. Room and bathroom was spotless and well turned out (bravo housekeeping), breakfast was yummy (thankyou kitchen), and we loved the wine selection. Whoever fitted out the gym deserves a raise; I have been to a lot of nice hotels and sampled a ton of their gym offerings - this one is probably the best I've seen in a hotel. A special thankyou to the two ladies who did our spa treatments; my mum got the giggles and was super ticklish throughout, and I snorted loudly whilst falling asleep, but these two woman made us feel completely at ease, and we left floating on cloud 9. Thankyou team; I know where I'll be staying whenever I'm back in Manchester.…
Rooms are very cozy, you got multiple sockets. Even USB and non UK one which amazed me. The feeling in the rooms is great. You know when you got that feeling to rest a little bit after a city tour/walk? Well, you just want to stay in the room ( some hotel gives you the feeling i need to get out). Rooms is big enough for 1 or 2. Staff were vey friendly with any request. I will be staying here next time i’m in town.
We couldn't get in at the Stock Exchange so decided to try the Radisson instead. Both 5* hotels but the difference is like comparing apples and eggs. Husband was in charge of the booking and booked the wrong weekend (!) We tried to rectify it with Booking.com but they couldn't get in touch with hotel so he rang hotel direct. He was told we could bring the booking forward by a week to the correct date, but it would cost him another £120....despite being able to book the original rate for the date we needed on Booking.com.....He stated this and got nowhere with the hotel so he phoned Booking.com back and they were happy to match the original rate that we booked it for. It's a beautiful hotel, good location, the majority of staff are nice, but it's just missing "something". Breakfast was all style and no substance: restaurant small for size of hotel and at 10am on a Sunday morning, we had to wait whilst tables were cleaned and handed over and queued for 15 mins to be seated. The food that was available was mediocre and chaos ensued as it was so busy, most of the food had run out. Lots of waiting / hanging around by which time you returned to your (ridiculously small) table (no room for side plates), the food was lukewarm at best. Didn't get the warm / attention to you and detail, that we got when staying at the Stock Exchange - it's a shame but there's just something lacking.…
Great location, services and facilities are great. I particular like the modern style. Breakfast is amazing. Food and drinks options are top quality. Best stay in Manchester for us so far. We will stay there again.
Fantastic hotel with exceptional customer service efficient always with a smile. Lovely breakfast and our event meals were cooked beautifully. Sadly didnt have time to use spa facilities. Comfortable large room with complimentary water.
Stayed at this beautiful Grade 11 listed hotel for a second time given its proximity to The Convention Centre. The reception team are open & welcoming especially Viktorjia and Avin for their gracious hospitality. The rooms are modern and comfortable. We loved Peter Street kitchen for wonderful cocktails and breakfast options. This hotel has a stunning charm coupled with warm service throughout. We were celebrating a birthday and the team were so kind throughout our stay. This hotel will always be our choice of hotel whilst staying in Manchester.
Lovely hotel and fab location. Seemed to take forever to check in and check out due to not enough staff being on the front desk. The hotel is lovely and room was great. We only had 2 towels in the bathroom to share - used to having a few more, one for body and other for hair. One of the lifts was out, so had to wait a while for the lifts. When they did arrive, they were full. Not a fan of a packed lift full of people. Maybe bad timing, but it was the same each time we used it. The staff were great and the location was perfect.
Outstanding hotel only bettered by the outstanding people that work at the hotel. Fantastic stay, room was great, breakfast has everything you want at a high standard. Located perfectly. We were treated at Guest Services by Jonathan and Anna. They are simply superb ambassadors for your brand.
Overnight stay with my daughter. We loved the soap and treatments. Check in was slack, had to wait for someone and then couldnt find my booking initially. Shame about parking info... drive round for ages trying to find the q park, gave up and found our own and walked
