Stayed here for business purposes. Had a wonderful stay - amazing hotel, clean and comfortable. The staff were professional and very friendly. Barnaby had outstanding customer service. Will stay here again
Very friendly customer service as usual. Room service is excellent, food was great and done to our taste. The room was really clean, however there was no fridge, which was disappointing. Breakfast was served in our room due, which was a nice treat.
Stayed for a couple of nights in this hotel. Great hotel in general. Very friendly staff from housekeeping to reception, a particular thank you to Ms. Vittoria at the front desk. who epitomizes hospitality at its finest. Very friendly and genuine staff all together. Exceptional above and beyond service from the entire team. Will definitely stay again.
I have to travel for work. I am often in Manchester and The Edwardian is my favourite Manchester Hotel. The facilities (which aren't available at the moment due to COVID-19) are excellent. The gym is easily one of the best Hotel gyms I've used. I don't know of many other Manchester City centre Hotels with a decent pool either. The Edwardian has one! 😉 The bars/restaurants are usually stocked and the food is very good. Breakfast is on the pricey side but you get what you pay for and I personally think it's amazing. The rooms are smart, clean, often have good views of the City and the beds are very comfortable. I always get a good nights sleep at The Edwardian. However, the stand out for me is the service. The Hotel staff are friendly, genuine people who will always take care of your requirements with passion, prompt and professionalism. I do not know everyone's name yet, but from the front desk at check-in to the wonderful Rasmitalia working room-service, I am always impressed. Nikolai spotted that he was essentially bringing me the same breakfast every day. So he asked if I'd like to pre-book the same time each day, for the same meal. This saved me a bit of time and I appreciated it. It's a combination of the big things and the attention to detail that makes The Edwardian stand out. Very highly recommended! …
Lovely room, the staff were all friendly. However, room with a view has netting over window that doesn't open, so difficult to enjoy view. The food was generally poor I'm afraid, not what i'd expect from a 5* establishment. Also the champagne that was ordered to be in the room on arrival was forgotten, which ruined a surprise. Could do a lot better, but the room was nice so there was that.
