There's some places you stay where you feel like a visitor but very occasionally you're made to feel genuinely welcome. I don't often review but was moved to by the treatment of one staff member, senior host Helen Jones who made my family and I feel like we were staying in a home away from home. Thank you Helen and... I travel for business a lot, so I am quite used to staying in hotels. However, this is the first time I truly felt comfortable and a bit dissapointed to leave! The room was perfect, and the bed was lavish to say the least. And whoever thought of a roll top bath in the room deserves a golden star. Wow!... More

I stayed here for a 2 day training with 10 other guests. Many of us had special dietary concerns and Simon and the other staff did not hesitate to cater to those needs. The rooms are cozy and the bed is probably the most comfortable bed I've slept in over the past year of traveling. I really enjoyed connecting with... More

Came here for a wedding. The venue was spot on and the rooms excellent. The staff couldn't do enough to help and very friendly. Great park nearby and the Fletcher Moss parsonage well worth a visit.if you are in need of a pint of cask ale the Old Cock Inn (Sorry about that) is nearby.

i stayed last night at the hotel for business. The hotel itself is nice. Alice and Hugo were great on reception, very friendly and polite. The new menu is great, top quality food and will be perfect for the upcoming winter. I look forward to returning when I'm next in manchester.

I just stayed one night and booked one of the suites, room 52. Very pleasant, amazingly styled, spacious, a great bathroom and a real pleasure to shower! Quiet and relaxed, homey atmosphere! Friendly and helpful staff! Highly recommended to stay in this Victorian Villa, with a nice Garden. Breakfast is also very good and well presented!
