1) Staff was very very rude. I ranged the bell at 13.30 hours and the guy said checkin only at 2 pm. I said let me just in and wait, he didn't dare to open the door and just put the phone down. 2) During checkin, he said extra 3% for credit card. I said it wasn't mentioned during reservation.... The receptionist was really helpful; nice guy. Reception is only manned 9-22:00. The carpet up to the second floor needed hoovering, badly. The toilet was down the hall and the room had no TV. The shower and sink were on the carpet in the room (i.e. no tiles and without partition from the bed); the shower was tepid and without... More

Exceptionally shabby; hot water, toilet and TV didn't work, breakfast not served till 9, very cold, little help from staff, had to ask for a towel. At least not dirty. Far too pricey (not that I would stay again even if free).

I basically had to jump straight into bed as it was so cold and in the morning to dry myself on my own... More
