Me and my boyfriend went for 2 nights to watch the football. Was quite exspensive but as the boxing and football sas on that weekend i think that had something to do with it. Also the hotel was fully booked that weekend. The staff were FANTASTIC. After a 4 hour drive we were knackered and a bit grumpy and straight... More

Clean efficient and reasonable value hotel. Good deal on parking in multistory car park nearby at weekend (beware Sun night can be expensive) Good service at hotel with a good value breakfast. Prices can be a bit steep at weekend so it pays to book well ahead. Rooms are not largest but quite adequate. Within walking distance of Piccadilly and... More

Tough place to review. Location:amazing Staff: friendly and helpful Room: clean Beer garden: awesome Food: better than average hotel Then there are the little things....room was very small, I was a solo traveler and hardly had enough space. Room was very warm and no ac or fan, had window open constantly hoping for relief. Though the hotel tried to add... More

Had to travel to Manchester for work, ended up in this place, and my frustration started right from check-in when I was informed breakfast wasn't included in the already absurd rate I was paying. That alone, I had to pay £25 upfront for 'any extras' - not sure but that's rather strange. It went down hill from there, the place... More

Like many other reviewers here, I should start off by commenting on the excellent staff at this hotel. The lack of air conditioning was the major issue in our standard room. Even having windows open and having a fan on, it was insufficient to cool the room down. We are Australian, and used to heat, but still found things a... More

I managed a 3 day event at the conference centre and was very impressed especially with the staff from checking in to the sales team. We were provided with fruit and water each morning and our event was checked on throughout the day. Tom the AV tech was great and very patient and Fabio kept us supplied with hot chocolate.... More

Our stay was OK but I have to admit I was disappointed about our night. The hotel feels low budget and the room was tiny. I also waited to get a drink at the bar in reception for 30 minutes, but no one came. The area around the hotel is a bit rough and there isn't anything worth hanging around... More

We used a room which we is a little small for our liking, We use short throw projectors and would have struggled to accommodate the 80 which they say they can. Although this to be the case we had just under 60 delegates. We needed some alterations to the room and in the morning we have a very tight time... More

The welcome at this Hotel was very good and the room was pleasant although a bit noisey from being at the front. The room was too warm to close the windows. Early shower was cold as hot water failed. I was offered the use of another room or to wait for maintenance. Not ideal. I probably would give it another... More
