We have just returned from a wonderful few days at this hotel and would highly recommend anyone thinking of booking to do so. The building itself is very impressive with beautiful architecture and amazing decor. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and with such attention to detail that you can not fail to enjoy a stay in them. We did have an issue with some of the grouting being loose on the bathroom floor tiles but, informed the reception and they were very apologetic. Breakfast was brilliant and a very relaxing experience with the staff working tirelessly to ensure you had everything you could possibly need and wonderful surroundings to dine in. The food was delicious and large amount of choice available. The reception staff are so helpful and even went as far as to give our children some little treats which was so kind and thoughtful, It really did make their stay so special. Treatment like this is what makes us give a 5 star rating and will most definitely be returning in the future.

Our stay at Kimpton Manchester was our first staycation of 2021. The lobby was impressive and the reception staff was very professional; we received a warm welcome upon arrival. The room was beautiful and spotless! We also took the time to enjoy a couple of drinks in the bar. We highly recommend this hotel if you visit Manchester!

We stayed overnight in The Kimpton Clocktower. The staff were personable and in particular Mohamed Lamraoui at the front desk was very helpful and went out of his way to source tickets for the Science and Industry museum
