Claudia at reception is lovely and was super helpful with the checkin process! Rooms are a bit small but clean overall. Came up to Manchester to visit some friends. We were able to leave our luggage when we arrived.
Claudia is really great. She helped me with finding room. She welcomed me good and try to figure anything out if problems. She also take my luggage in a really kind way and that helped me to walk in the city. Laetitia
Exceptional service from Claudia when checking in. Room was ready on time and a smooth arrival procedure. Definitely would stay again! I booked here as part of a work trip last minute so greatly appreciated the quality for a last minute trip.
I was visiting my daughter who's at university here so I wanted something central. This Easyhotel was a real find. I was a room in the basement with a window that was at ground level. Seeing people's feet was a very novel view!!! It was great actually. The room was spotless and had everything I needed I'd read that other people had complained about noise. I had none of that, just a solid night's sleep . I'd recommend it
Would definitely recommend to anyone on a city break. Staff were available 24/7 and very helpful with any queries. The room was cozy and clean with a fantastic location right in the centre of Manchester. 10/10 service and will definitely be coming again.
Pleasant greeting from Asif on our arrival! Very welcoming Room lovely and tidy! Exactly what we needed and given some helpful details on a cafe close by that offer 10% off for staying at the hotel. Thank you!
Well, difficult really to sum it up. Paid £300 for a twin room, Friday and Saturday.. And this was the cheapest hotel in the city... That is just crazy..Deff not worth that sort of money, but I had no choice, ... A normal price of £30 -£40 would be worth it. Any way, checking in very easy. The room was a size of a shoe box, only 2 beds, and nothing else. The shower room was also tiny. But hey, it was clean, comfortable, quiet, warm, and I slept well.. Great city location.
The hotel is in a great location, very close to everything in the city centre. The room was very clean and ready to check into early. Heather was a great help and very welcoming during our stay, would recommend staying here.
Upon arrival we were greeted by Asif, he was lovely, very polite and helpful. Once we got to our room we were shocked to find the heater had been throwing out dirt all over the bed, resulting in us not being able to use the heater on a very cold snowy night in Manchester, not great. In the morning we were awoken by incredibly noisy guests shouting in the hallway at 5am. I’d say the only decent thing about this hotel is the receptionist.
Very poor. Small room was expected but other things let it down considerably. Noise was a major issue, you can hear everything in the rooms around you and above. Creaky ceiling/ floor boards in the room above that affected our sleep for the whole night. It's like you're in a cardboard box in a warehouse - so unsettling. Mirror in the room was dirty and like something in a fun house not even a real mirror? Bed was so uncomfortable and hard mattress, sheets smelt musty and felt rough. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend anybody else. Even for a budget hotel it's like a hostel not a 'hotel'
