hotel I have stayed at in Manchester. It was placed perfectly only minutes away from Piccadilly Station and Market Street 👍🏼 Breakfast was great! Food in both restaurants was superb 😊 Nice staff ☺️

very close to Piccadilly station and handy for shopping district, Chinatown and Northern Quarter. Hotel is a conversion of a former commercial building and has been designed well with nice features such as open steelwork and parquet floors retained, whilst still being modern and spacious. Relaxed feel with friendly staff, would return and recommend.

We did not enjoy our night's sleep, bed and pillows extremely uncomfortable, noisy floors form upstairs. The room did not have a fridge, although it is a four star and we paid £179 per night. On the mattress we found hair from the previous people as well.

Stayed here for 1 night as we were setting off early to the airport the next day. The receptionist who booked us in, Tiffany, was really lovely and helpful. I even said to my partner I wish everyone was like her. She is a credit to the hotel We checked into our room and it was nice. Decor is a... More

We booked here for dinner and overnight stay on the strength of previous visits to Abode Exeter and Abode London. Sad to say this was pretty disappointing. First impressions were not good. Ugly fencing to establish an outside drinking/smoking area on the pavement in front of the main entrance, threadbare carpets, ruffled curtains, battered reception desk. When we got to... More

Think we were extremely unlucky on our stay here .... this was the most embarrassing moment of my life being walked in on by a maintenance guy when the door was locked!!! This made me on edge the rest of our stay. Apart from that a lovely hotel.

We stayed in the Frink Suite. Lovely and spacious, but a little bit shabby, chairs were stained, paint flaking. Great reception staff and lovely breakfast. The hotel is in a great location and we loved the snacks in the room. The room was very hot and the Windows don't open. It did have air con but one remote control was... More

Stayed for one night in a first floor room at the front of the hotel which faces Piccadilly so was a little noisy. Rooms have everything you need - although there was no body lotion included in the toiletries- and are decorated with some thought, you don't feel like you are staying in a corporate chain hotel. The room was... More

Nice rooms. Different from usual chains. Breakfast tasty. Advise trying for room at back as there was a lot of noise on the street at the front. V handy for Piccadilly station. Champagne bar open for late drinks with v comfy sofas.

Booked into this wonderful building for the night and were greeted by two of the most helpful and pleasant young ladies on reception. Didn't get their names, one lovely red haired Irish girl and a dark haired one with glasses who told us she was from Tunisia. These girls couldn't have been more helpful. The history of the hotel was... More
