We went for dinner here for our anniversary, the food and service were incredible. I am gluten free and they catered very well for me and the gluten free bread was lovely. The staff made excellent recommendations on the menu being gluten free. Overall very impressed with the service and food! We would definitely recommend this place.

First impressions count and we were struck by the genuine friendliness of the staff. We'd booked the suite and while retaining a rustic charm it was extremely comfortable with an excellent large double bed. The separate private bathroom was huge and was equipped with a splendid stand alone bath which furnished lashings of hot water! The food was very good... More

On our way from the South Coast to Yorkshire, we stayed here in a "cabin" set a little aside from the pub and we had a quiet and comfortable night, in a well appointed room. In the morning we enjoyed a very good breakfast.

We visited the Seagrave Arms for Sunday lunch. The staff were very welcoming, and the weather pleasant enough to sit outside in the sunshine. We ordered the roast beef: for the money, the meal can only be described as average. The beef was rather fatty, and the portions relatively small, although the accompanying Yorkshire pudding and stuffing were tasty. I... More

I have just spent 2 nights here with a friend as we were taking part in a 20 mile charity walk for The SMA Trust and therefore wanted something welcoming & comfortable for our duration. We were greeted by Aneta who had a lovely friendly manner and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The food was delicious... More

Stayed in courtyard room. This was the worst experience of a hotel room we have ever encountered. The room smelled of damp, there was absolutely no-where to put case or anything else (after complaining, a small table was placed in room). The bathroom also had nowhere to put anything, not even a hook on the door. Shower had no safety... More

We stopped for three nights and found it to be very good, only downside was the staff seemed to change daily and if you raised any points nothing seemed to happen. The daily special does not change but the food was excellent if somewhat expensive having said all that we had three really nice nights there with well cooked breakfasts .

We booked the Seagrave Arms for a couple of nights away with our dog for a weekend. The dog friendly rooms are a little underwhelming in terms of décor and disappointing that although there is sufficient room, there wasn't anywhere to put our suitcases except on the floor and little drawer space for hanging or unpacking - a shame as... We stayed in this beautiful Inn for one night. On previous trips to the area we had stayed in Hotels in Broadway but, as they were all full, chose this venue just a few miles away and we were not disappointed. Beautiful room, great hospitality and exceptional decoration, comfort and cleanliness. Lovely breakfast too! Will definitely be booking again when... More

Eight of us met for a family pub lunch and enjoyed the pleasant outside space and the friendly and willing service. The food however was slow to arrive and disappointing when it came. The brioche buns and bread were stale, the cod cheek scampi portion size was very small and, although the famous prize winning chips were tasty, seven (7)... More
