We had a fantastic stay at the Bantam Tea Rooms. Great location. We stayed in a beautiful attic room, a lovely large room with a very comfortable bed. We were given a wonderful cooked breakfast plus toast with homemade jam and marmalade. Owners and staff were very welcoming, thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bantam Tea Rooms which was the first port of call for The Cotswold Way walk. I was greeted on arrival by a lovely young lady who carried my case upstairs for me. The room was lovely (if a little hot!), the food was fab and the hosts were excellent. Friendly service... More

My mother and I stayed in the large and airy attic room of the Bantam Tea Room guest house. The staff was very kind and carried our luggage up and down the stairs (there is no lift, as this is a historic house). One of the windows looked out onto the historic market hall (built in 1627) on High Street.... More

Our family of four had our first ever afternoon tea here. The food was wonderful. We enjoyed a BLT, salmon sandwich, ham & cheese panini, and a ploughman's platter. Additionally we sacred the lemon pound cake and the delectable scones. Everything was wonderful, including the tea. It was a bit warm, being a very hot day for the Cotswolds but... More

Stayed there for one night in the loft room. The room was very nice with a comfy bed, bathroom with a tub, and a lovely view from the windows. I loved every minute of the stay. The food and cakes are delicious. I tried a proper English breakfast for the first time, and the same with Cream tea. I wanted... More

We stayed here before setting off on the Cotswold Way and by happy chance it is right next to the official start. Room was lovely and very quaint. The beds felt very luxurious and comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous with good quality ingredients, freshly cooked to order. Delicious Thank you.

The best cakes we ever had and we are no longer young. Somehow, the Coffee Walnut and Lemon Drizzle cakes were moist yet not heavy. The sweetness is just nice but more than that, it was no ordinary sugar sweetness. There seems to something else behind the sweetness. As for the lemon drizzle, it tastes better than lemon itself. Cakes... More

Only stayed here for 1 night, but would have stayed longer. Lovely and quaint tea room with rooms. I think looking at the room we had at the back, this is the most modern one, but had a nose in the others and they looked equally as good, if not just a bit more traditional. But overall, safe, secure and... More

We called here for lunch during a recent visit to the Cotswolds. Food was delicious and excellent coffee too. I had a ploughmans salad and my partner a bacon and brie bagel - ingredients were good quality and tasty. Will call again!
