Stayed here for 3 nights. A lovely clean, smart hotel with wonderful staff. Some noise from the main road but ear plugs are provided. Good food and comfortable bar area. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. I would stay here again.

We recently stayed here as it is perfectly situated to visit Doncaster Racecourse. When we arrived we parked on some rough ground attached to the hotel which turned out to be the hotel car park and was being resurfaced but there were no signs advising that this was the car park or apologising for the on-going work being carried out.... Stayed here whilst on business at my companies head office in Doncaster. The location was ok- the staff very friendly , however the room was very dated and although it had a small tv this didn't work properly and kept losing connection. I did advise the girl on reception but I think she was too busy doing other things to... More

Stayed here for one night in early June and was very impressed with this beautiful hotel. The service was excellent, with very friendly helpful staff. Very impressed with the decor in the main areas. Beautiful thick carpets give a very luxurious feel. On arrival in our room my first thoughts were that it was spotlessly clean. Basic but spotless. Had... More

probably the worse meal ever and terrible service .. I have just read similar reviews from April we are now in June so obvious the management do not care if guests return in the future . we certainly never would return and I would be surprised if they were still trading in 6 month .. this is the new restaurant... We stayed here for 2 nights whilst attending a friends wedding. The building is listed so they are not allowed any double glazing or a lift, this was OK as we were on the first floor but............overlooking a very busy roundabout! The room looked ok when we went in, bathroom seemed OK, but then we started looking! There was thick... More

We decided on here as we wanted somewhere classy to have a laugh and reminsis about my grandma. So my parents decided here as they thought at 10 pounds a head it would have been a good spread what a joke. They booked for fifty people there was enough food for i would say twenty half a table of food... More

Where to start with this beauty! I stayed in a twin room, which was very very dated. The bathroom its self was clean as was the bedding. I searched high and low for a plus sock to charge my phone? And ended up having to unplug the television, there appears to be only two plug sockets in the room which... More
