I Came to visit family. So I just needed somewhere to lay my head. Which was cheap and central to town centre. This ticked these boxes . It wasn't the cleanest room nor the dirtiest. In my opinion it exactly what you pay for. This all I needed.

Booked as was £36 off Expedia, after booking I checked the reviews... was only a short stay arrived at 9pm out by 8am. I was expecting the worst. Having stayed in "huts" in Mumbai India, rio and Africa I assumed it would be better given the toilet wouldn't be a hole. Upon arrival the reception/ food area is in need...

Abysmal staff communication! Never stayed at a hotel where taking the card out the wall turns off the heating as well as the lights, which wouldn't have been a problem if I'd been told when I checked in, as I would've asked for a second key! I was out for the evening & 26th Jan was an especially bitter night....

Was booked for a 3 day visit to see my friend. First impressions weren't awful, friendly staff, maintenance chap carried by luggage to my room. I was not pre warned about building works, so that was an eye opener. At a glance the room was ok, spacious and a decent en suite. Looking in more detail there was rubbish in...

You are getting what you pay for here. I was on a single night stopover to visit the Vulcan Experience for a talk. I booked through booking.com as it was the cheapest available in the area. It is located on an industrial estate and any entertainment is a 15 minute walk to the town centre, too far on a freezing...

We were helped out on Friday afternoon by a lovely member of staff at this hotel who helped us find our way when we were lost. Many thanks to Nisu who came to the rescue. We managed to get to the party on time!

This hotel is the worst hotel and way beyond what a 'basic' hotel requires. It was dirty, dusty. My room had NO windows and the door did not lock, being a single female, I had to push the bed up against the door while I slept. I slept in my coat and on top of the bed as the room...
