Stayed here a few times on business. Always a warm friendly welcome from Asif on reception. Nice hotel (but can be a bit draughty in the Winter) with good restaurant next door (Harvester) and plenty of parking.

Ive stayed here on many occasions for business. The staff have always been pleasant and helpful in particular Asif. There was a slight issue last week but it was handled well and the customer experience was well dealt with. Asif is always pleasant and caring and gives a very professional portrayal of the company.

An attractive building from the outside, the bedrooms are very spacious, roomier than any other Travelodge I know, and always clean. I stay here on business, despite there being many hotels much closer to my office - it's worth travelling the extra distance. A special mention for Asif on reception who always tries to reserve my favourite room for me...

The hotel was slightly difficult to find as the post code takes you to a residential area not the actual hotel. The building is an old mansion house, the room I had was particularly large and could have fitted 7 double beds easily (There was only one) the bed was not particularly comfortable and in the morning (about 5.30am) there...

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here whilst working in the area. We were so impressed the first time we stayed here that we purposely looked for the same hotel even though it was slightly further away from our site this time. The character of the building is great, the rooms are massive and Asif is an absolute...

I frequently visit Dudley for work, and have stopped over in most of the budget hotels in the area. The Kingswinford Travelodge is my first choice, when they have availability. The building itself has a bit of charm, it's a listed building with a Georgian look to it, as opposed to the soulless boxes you find elsewhere. The rooms are...

Exceptional value for money. Clean accommodation and comfortable bed. Nice staff. Have stayed there before and will again as convenient good location. Nice big free car park and restaurant next door. Note this does not open until 9am but is then open all day/evening. Only niggle - some noise from car park as people enter and leave the restaurant.

We arrived and asked for a quiet room because of previous experiences of lacking sleep. The guy on reception was very helpful putting us on the top floor where it was much quieter. It would be good to have some different depth pillows.

Quiet twin room on ground floor at back, so dark. Fire alarm went off twice - so evacuated into cold night air. Large enough room but felt tired & in need of investment. Good sized shower, but looked old. Then on 3rd day, gas leak at Harvester next door meant no hot water for 24hours - poor. Harvester was closed...
