Great value break at this hotel - full use of facilities, lovely room with comfortable bed and dinner included. Staff are really friendly and it's only a bus trip into Birmingham so great for the German market...

Checking in was very quick, but with no contact with a human it was very impersonal. Bit of a trek to the room, having to go up one flight of stairs, walk along a corridor to get the lift down one floor! ........no it did't make sense to use either, thank god there wasn't a fire! the room was very...

Trying to be better than it is. Food is very expensive even though very basic and the menu is small so after a week your sick of it. You also can only get food after 6 which is A little late. Self service and reception desk looks weird, give me a normal desk and some customer service, if I'm checking...

For the price you pay you should have access to leisure facilities, but the food was good both in the bar and restaurant although the food was pricey in the restaurant, rooms were small but clean.one plus was you could catch a train from dudley port into birmingham which saves a lot of hassle when parking.

I discovery all staff are very friendly, attidule, patience and many clean all rooms. I am so pleased to go the resturant as it is really good service, hot and menu is not poor. But unfortunately reception room was very good last year, at present I am not happy with dull grey paint in the reception as such prison atmosphere.
