Bed was very creeky, other rooms noisy & therefore got v little sleep. Window wouldn't close. Breakfast - Order got completely wrong, Tea & coffee in flasks! No decaf. Reception apologised but no offer of any refund of the money I had to pay on...More

Faulty towers-esque. Dated decor and unclean looking bathrooms (2 towels, 1 sachet of shampoo + 1 soap provided for a twin room?? I thought shower gel had been invented?!). Mattresses clearly not been renewed in years. Very noisy. Totally overpriced for 3 star hotel.

We do have heaters and fans in the rooms and are in the process of having a refurbishment but unfortunately we do not have the air conditioning installed at present
