Booked for an overnight stay as attending a function in the Black Country Museum over two days. Couldn't get anywhere near the car park as it was full of new white Transit vans and luxury saloon cars so had to park around the corner while I walked around to get booked in. Walked onto the carpark to approach the reception... More

The room was shabby and dated. The curtains were filthy and hanging off the curtain rails. There was a leak from the bath which made the floor wet resulting in a warped bathroom door so It was very difficult and noisy to open and close. The room telephone did not work. The lampshade was stained and dirty. There was a... More

Excellent wedding reception for 80 people - food was great and good value, Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of guests stayed over and thought the bed and breakfast was very good value. Thank you!

My family and I (9 of us) stayed at the Quality Hotel for the night whiles visiting family and attending a family gathering. The rooms were fine although the pressure in the shower was low. The highlight of the stay however was breakfast, the chef (Kay) was lovely and very obliging and made sure there was always food all of... More

Had a meal in the conservatory restaurant, which is a strange set up - it looks like it is closing down. Only a few tables were laid for dinner and during the whole evening only 3 were occupied, again strange as the hotel looked to be busy. It was a shame that the restaurant did not attract more business, as... More

Room very dated, no air con. Shower cold water would not work hot scalding, dribbled more than flowed, reported cold sorted, wires everywhere in corner for lamp, trouser press, tv. No lift. Breakfast was a joke, tea & coffee pots on one side of bar, teabags left stewing in pot, on nearby table two toasters which took ages, plus some... More

Hotel let down by poorly trained staff that are simply not interested in the customer. Suggest get them trained or get rid! Don't bother asking for anything they won't get from behind the desk. Placed in a disabled room.. I'm not disabled! Asked for iron.. Never arrived, no hot water in bathroom.

Stayed for 2 nights expectations were relatively low. Room was tired but clean. Restaurant offered free starter and grilled gammon ok, though I was asked how I wanted it cooked??? All the way through! There was no hot water and wasn't told until a rushed wash, we were not told it had not been resolved so woke up second morning... More

I was booked in by accident. Should have been another quality hotel. Oh how I wish I had gone there. Room was damp. Smelly. Evening meal was no non disscript. Tasteless and cold. Some staff where realy nice. But most were rude and you could tell they didn't want to be there. Avoid.
