Lovely room and very nice hotel in an ideal location. Staff were very helpful and food fantastic. Only fault is that parking appears to be lacking as there is a small car park at the front of the hotel.

This hotel is close to the town centre in an excellent location. The building oozes potential, but needs a lot of investment. Our room appeared adequate, the bed clean, tired carpet and shower where all the lights were permanently on. We reported this to reception who suggested we try all the on off switches. We assured them we had already... More

Waited 10 to 15 minutes for someone to be at reception desk, I went and found someone in the bar in the end. Told the bar would open at 5pm, it didn't, then 6 then 7pm. Finally told there was a function on so they were a bit all over the place, then he walked off! No apology and no... More

We stayed here last night with another couple as a base for a night out in Leamington. We arrived around 4-45 and could not find a soul. After waiting a good ten or 15 minutes we eventually found someone to check us in. We then decided that after dumping the bags we would meet in the bar only to be... More

Took a mini break away to the Falstaff. It was our 2nd Anniversary. We had a great time. Good food, good service, good rooms and facilities. Staff were a pleasure to be around too. Very helpful, and determined to provide that personal touch that makes the difference. 5 star all round

The Falstaff was once a Great Western Hotel. The reception area was very pleasant, the room was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shower in the room was a plug on to the taps type, hand held, totally useless, as you couldn't control the heat of the water. Tea and coffee making facilities were available, but... More

We stayed here for one night while on a night out in Leamington Spa. The hotel itself if really nicely presented, modern and comfortable and we had no issues with the room or the service until we came back to the hotel and decided to pop to the bar for a nightcap. On entering the bar, we noted that there... More

Falstaff Hotel used to be Best Western, but it is now part of the Talash Hotels Group. It has a slightly old-fashioned appearance, but it is in keeping with its surroundings. Lack of previous investment means that there are some faults, such as a roof leak, but these are being put right slowly. It was very clean and most of... More
