Think about 'Where Do You Want To Be'? If the answer is: Relaxed, listening to the BBQ sizzle away in the background you've come to the right place... This quiet and peaceful location is the perfect place to relax and unwind. With a beautiful lakeside setting and a warm friendly atmosphere. We have firepits and BBQ's and allow campfires. We don't think camping would be the same without them! Our Glamping guests love our cute and cosy Camping Pods! And all of this, just 15 minutes from Blackpool.

Brought my boyfriend here last December for his late birthday/anniversary present. We only stayed a night but it was a lovely short get away. We went at the wrong time of year as it was freezing cold but there were plenty of hot water bottles for us to borrow and the lakeside

We stayed at Stanley Villa over the Easter Bank holiday. The first thing that amazes me is that when you book you can choose what time you'd like to arrive and the host (forgive me as I've forgotten his name) will make sure he is there to greet you. You can get straight into

Hi, thanks for your question. Our Pods don't have electric or heaters, so temperatures can be chilly. Pods are insulated and we'd recommend you bring good quality bedding, and borrow some of our hot water bottles. It's a personal thing temperature - some guests love it in the winter as it makes it even more cosy sitting around the camp fire in the evening, and the crisp mornings walking around the lake are like something from a postcard. Whilst others would only consider coming in the warmer months when temperatures are warmer. Totally up to you - hope to see soon though.. Many thanks, Alex

No there is no electric in the pods. The main lodge isn’t far away from the pods and the pods are provided with a battery light. My suggestion is maybe bring a torch or lamp?. Once you get a camp fire lit it will be just perfect. (So jealous I cannot wait to return)

Can you cook there?
Yes, small bbqs are provided outside the huts, fire woods is £5 per bag. theres a microwave in the main lodge to help yourself & also free hot drinks. There are tables & seats in the main lodge so you can bring back food & drinks. There are 2 tall fridges in the main lodge to store your food & refreshment
