Good Premier Inn, perfect for the airport. As with all premier inns the room was clean and comfortable, ideal for an overnight stop. The Beefeater restaurant was fair, good enough for a quick meal, but a little overpriced for the quality. Didn't eat breakfast here as had an early flight.

Another great stay at this Premier Inn - must have the friendliest staff in the company! Rooms in new extension are fantastic. Wish they could sort out Beefeater next door where food and service are so patchy (mostly poor)

Nice quiet hotel with very comfortable beds. Clean spacious but not very warm and heaters don't go high enough. The evening meal was good but breakfast was cold and over cooked. Even the coffee was luke warm.

Like others say its a great location for NEC. Far enough away (about 15 mins drive) in car to avoid all noise etc but not too far to be a pain to drive to. Its a Premier Inn. You know what your getting and here is no different. Job done. The Beefeater is different tale however. The family raved about...

Initially we were going to stay at the Premier Inn on the NEC site but after finding out that this location was half the price we booked. The location is brilliant - 5-10 minutes from the NEC (depending on traffic). On arrival the reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable (if a little bit...

I would recommend premier Inn hotel, rooms are comfortable, clean and warm. The staff are always polite an cater for all your needs. It's one of the best night's sleep we've had in ages. Also available was the all you can eat buffet breakfast and kid's eat free.

Great location a few minutes from the motorway but quiet so easy to get to sleep. Rooms were clean, one of our rooms was an accessible one the mattress was a little soft but lots of room for someone with mobility issues.

We stayed in room 27 which for a family room was tiny. We also noticed that the room had damp in the corner. It was also fairly noise. The staff were fantastic but would I stay again...... no. The beefeater was brilliant and the meals were lovely.

this hotel is easy to find, check in was efficient and my room was clean and warm. Dinner was excellent in the Beefeater and as a lone female traveller I was well looked after. the breakfast is a good range and hot is cooked to order. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again due to convenience and standard.
