My mum, sister and I spent six nights here and didn't want to leave! Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast with plenty of options, lively and popular bar and restaurant, super comfortable beds and great bathroom and shower! We loved our stay and will definitely be back again!

The bed and bedding are so comfortable, lovely. BUT, you can hear everything from the neighbours, both sides on my stay were noisy until the early hours, I was very unlucky! The breakfast was very nice which helped ease my terrible mood after being awake for hours in the night!

It was OK. Nothing exceptional. Everything was clean and tidy but so is a Premier Inn. The TV was very good with no pixalations. Sheets were crisp and clean (As one would hope). Arrival receptionist was very welcoming. Departure receptionist seemed as if he didn't do morning and couldn't put two words together (Good Bye) or he was going for... More

Was greeted by a rude member of staff at check in. Later in the night the was an argument with the management trying to get into a room, threats of police being called. Not good considering i was staying in a 'club' room

Very child orientated... this weekend Must be some family deals going on. Thin walls and noisy neighbours. Not good when you want to sleep and drive the next day Parking good for larger vehicles like mine that needed 5 consecutive spaces

Thank you for your feedback, We do pride ourselves on being a inclusive hotel and open to all including families. Our hotel is very family orientated over the weekends and especially during what we would consider peak periods. I hope that our policy of welcoming all does not deter you from staying with us in the future. More

The hotel facilities were fine and up to the usual 'village hotel' standards. Unfortunately, the noise from the party go-ers smoking outside and leaving in the early hours of the morning seemed to be excessive. Friday and Saturday nights are not good for a quiet break here!

All i asked for was a queen size bed and not a two beds as one... What did i get? The two beds as one! I have a bad back... I told the reception desk that and his attitude was one of complete lack of care and slogans... I use to stay in the village all the time but not... More

Vibrant and busy with a pleasant atmosphere. Check in is easy with the new automated system but there's always someone on hand if needed. The room is clean and although a bit warm (as is the norm in most hotels this time of year) fans are provided and the window opens a tad. The food in the bar and grill... More

Nice hotel . I found beds very small and uncomfortable but all equipped with Hi tech equipment. Nice hotel for the price. Inconsiderate neighbours playing music untill 3am hopefully you wont experience this.. all in all nice hotel should perhaps invest in full size double beds and and extra set of pillows thats the only let down.
