Understandable the hotel is being renovated. The public area on the ground floor are tidy and look well. Lets hope the bedroom follow. We looked at the menu in the restaurant, nothing appealed to us. Breakfast was reasonable self service for everthing apart from poached eggs.

I cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. We had booked one of the ballrooms for a charity ball and recieved nothing but first class help and support from the first contact. The staff could not do enough for us and the evening was a great success. The buffet was outstanding and we had so many comments on it throughout...

This is the worse Best Western Hotel I've stayed in, ever! Best Western need to reconsider having this hotel as part of their profile as it really will bring their highly recommended business name down. Where to start, the unwelcoming and miserable presence on reception, the unhygienic and sleepless rooms, the smoky smell and poor food and drink services, sorted...

I spent one night at this hotel. During my stay the duty manager was blatantly unhappy with his shift. He could not assist anyone with issues regarding extra beds, bed linen and several families were told that if they required linen or beds they would have to wait until after midnight!!!!! The chef openly complained that there was going to...

I stayed here for two nights and will never return. I stayed due to it being a Best Western thinking it would be a decent standard. I was wrong. The hotel is not kept clean and the room was of a poor standard. Also, the bathroom requires completely ripping out. I shall never return.

Being on the third floor the window also didnt open. Breakfast was fab, even stayed for an evening meal one night too. All the staff were fab. Regardless of my...

Just returned from a one night stay here, booked an "executive double room" checked in by the front of house manager, he was polite and explained everything needed - he checked me into room 330. When entering the room it was clear that it was a standard double, the spotlights that were on the ceiling were hanging off,the bathroom door...
