Ok I have just done 4 nights here and to be honest I would not stay again. I arrived and managed to be in my room two minutes before having to go complain, the most horrendous noise coming from the heating system which could also be heard in the corridor, buzzin, gurgling, dripping water it was horrendous. The night shift lady...

Good value hotel. Breakfast buffet had a very good offering and my dinner was well cooked and hearty. What stood out for me were the attitudes and friendliness of the staff. On arrival, I called down to reception because I couldn't get my TV to work and within 5 minutes Shaun was knocking at the door and sorted it out...

This is not a hotel I will be stopping at again. It was very basic and near to a motorway, the breakfast and food was not very good, in fact I would class it as a waste of money, but you get what you pay for I suppose.

Friendly welcome on a busy December weekend, clean rooms ,convenient location from m6 for a meet up, good value for money, overall after 11-30 pm no disturbance or noise. Self service breakfast which represented something for all taste. The bar and dining on the Saturday evening were a little chaotic ,however the staff were friendly and helpful. We would book...

The room was adequate and the bed was comfortable, however the air con unit gurgled all night despite being off. The net curtain at the window was dirty and hanging down (due to a broken rail)...

Ok, so if you are travelling on the M6 and just need a basic bed for the night its fine. However, the rooms are too small if there are more than 2 of you. The beds are very uncomfortable and you get 1 pillow each if you need to use the sofa bed for kids. We asked for extra but...

I stayed here for two nights for a work related course. The hotel is way out of town which meant going out was a bit of a non starter. However the staff were really friendly and welcoming particularly the evening receptionist who was really efficient The room was comfortable and quiet. I particularly like the addition of a gym. The...
