This is the second time we've found ourselves at this hotel, this time due to a powercut at home. Staff are lovely and the rooms are well kept. It's located close to dartford bridge but you wouldn't know as you can't hear traffic from the hotel. We would stay here again.

Very quick and easy check in, clean room, shower, TV with a restaurant and bar. Wasn't the Hilton but did the job, and very price worthy for the area. Was a little noisy into the early hours, but for this price I expected worse!

The hotel is in a good location close to Bluewater shopping centre. We have a puppy and it is a pet friendly hotel which was great for us. The room was nice, a little basic but it suited our needs. Needed more pillows though as they were on the flat side. The restaurant was nice and the buffet breakfast was... More

We booked this hotel on the same day. Brilliant price. Expected less considering how cheap the price was. The room is fairly spacious. The bathroom is big with a large bath and power shower. The bathroom is very clean and modern. The room itself could maybe do with modernising but it's definitely not what you first think once you enter the... More

As the title say's it was nothing to shout about it was clean the reception staff were very inviting , I only stayed the one night as I needed a base relating to work. Where it was situated there were no amenities close by it was stuck in an Industrial area just below the QM2 Bridge . I must admit... More

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night with my partner. We actually ended up staying in a twin room because when booking the price was approx. £5 cheaper than a double, which doesn't make sense to me. The cost was £69 for the night. It was a standard room but I was pleased to have a tv with Freeview,... More

We arrived about 8pm, check in was quick and the reception staff friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, lovely big bed, shower was great. We had dinner, which was very tasty, again great service. Great, peaceful nights sleep followed by a lovely breakfast. Much better than any of the other hotels just off the M25 that we have stayed... Hotel is okay for a cheap stop off. Wouldn't want to stay for more than one night. Rooms are basic and have seen better days however comfortable and secure. Bar/Restaurant serves good food although expensive.
