Fantastic accommodation hosted by lovely genuine people who honestly couldn't of done enough for us. Jacqui and John made us feel welcome from start to finish. Tasty and freshly made breakfast and rooms were large, bright with large windows. Everything clean and tidy. Great night sleep in the comfy double room.

Stunning location. Great garden and pool. Perfect for a quiet weekend away. Jackie and John could not be more kind and helpful. Really comfy and cosy room. Good breakfast. Generally a great stay - definitely highly recommend and will stay again. More than fairly priced.

I only stayed one night but now wish it had been longer. A lovely cup of tea on arrival and made to feel at home. John and Jacqui have managed to put together the ideal package for a short break away. Good location just off the M20 and an award winning breakfast.

To provide context, we were travelling as a family of four, the two children being 2-years-old and 7-months-old. From the moment that we arrived, we were made to feel welcome - we were invited into John and Jacqui's home almost as if we were old friends coming to visit. As animal lovers, the greeting provided by the two dogs and... More

A last minute booking on an extremely wet day in August and I pitch up soaked with masses of wet cycling kit. I was welcomed with tea and cake and allowed to dry out my gear in the airing cupboard (amongst other places). It was tipping down so much John even kindly gave me a lift to the pub for... More

Stayed here over a weekend and would recommend it to anyone. Jacqui and John were fantastic hosts and provided local information, directions and even a lift! Our room (rose) was lovely with a fantastic en suite bath and shower room. We will happily re-visit when next in the area.

Location: Very close to Leeds Castle, located at the small town of Detling. They have their own small farm, garden, fish pond, and swimming pool. My son loved to see pigs and chickens, and run around the garden! Great place for small children. Surroundings (where I went): Leeds Castle (10 min drive), Whistable (30 min drive). Hotel room: Stayed @... More

We stayed at Wealden Hall at Detling while walking the Pilgrims Way to Canterbury and were welcomed by Jacqui and John. Our double bedroom was large and very comfortable, with an en-suite modern bathroom. It's a very well appointed B&B and we had an enjoyable breakfast with our hosts who genuinely enjoy receiving visitors. Nice people who know the area... More

Wonderful B&B, made to feel at home by Jacqui and John who were excellent hosts, they were well informed on all activities within the area advising best places to visit and routes to use to avoid traffic etc. Our room was clean and modern, the bathroom better than any 5* hotel!
