Spent one night at this hotel, bed and pillows were comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, plenty of hot water, complimentary tea and coffee in the room, what else could you ask for from a basic hotel booking? There are also a couple of free parking spaces right next to the hotel, in a multi storey car park, but it's on a first come first served basis.
Stayed at The Hub as part of a group whilst visiting the theatre. The hotel is an easy 10 minute walk from the shops and theatre with a good selection of restaurants on your doorstep. The rooms were spacious and clean but I must say the staff were amazing. Everyone was so helpful and seemed genuinely interested to talk to you. From the cleaning staff, the restaurant staff to the reception team nothing was too much. Outstanding customer service. Will definitely use again.
Hotel is right in the city center with bars and restaurants all around it. Receptionist Nat was very professional. Great option for breakfast, good and attentive morning shift staff. Very happy with my stay, felt welcome and definitely will be back.
Stayed over the week with colleagues during business trip to Milton Keynes. Good stay, clean and tidy rooms. Good breakfast. Happy hour everyday and pizza. big thanks to Viktor and Nataly, professional and friendly.
Stayed here couple of time for work. Always clean, staff always welcoming and friendly. Natalie on reception super helpfull, directed us to the best places to have a drink and watch a game. Good location. Recomend
On the 1st of April, I paid online with my revolut card for a 6 day stay. When I was there, they pushed me(a woman and a man) to pay again as my card was international(they said). Once I asked them why I had to pay twice, they showed there true face, they were very rude. There initial friendliness was all fake. They threated that if I do not pay again, I will loose my room as well as my online payment. I kept asking why this was not explained on the website. At the end I paid again with the same card. The hotel was so dirty. The hallway -stairs was covered in garbage. for 6 days. I asked why they did not clean the rooms and, they said they would clean after 7 days. They never came to clean my room. When I was in bed, I was bitten by an insect and got rash. They eventually agreed to refund my second payment. They said it would be back in 7 days but, I took them in 13 days. This was the WORST hotel that I ever stayed.…
No WiFi but sold WiFi when Travelodge were fully aware their system is not functioning and will be out of action for sometime according to staff at the hotel. Noise from other guests during the night was incredibly high resulting in little or no sleep so I do not recommend this hotel and suggest readers of this review seek an alternative.
The location of the hotel couldn’t be any better, the hotel was a little worn and using large spotlight heaters in the foyer isn’t a great look. The main problem is the noise from within the hotel and the state of the bathrooms, it smelt of mould and this would quickly spread throughout the room
A combination of the hotel’s location near to a bunch of restaurants that are open until around 1am together with thin walls between the rooms meaning that you will be woken by the noise of opening and closing of doors and other noises made on adjacent corridors and in rooms. The staff are excellent and very helpful, the rooms are good and the beds very comfortable, together with being clean and well decorated. The hotel is located in the MK Hub close to the railway station and the main shopping district.
