As with most Premier Inns it was basic, clean, comfortable with what you need for a comfortable night's sleep. I found the staff friendly and helpful, they aimed to please. Unluckily for us we had Bigfoot staying directly above us who didn't give a monkeys about how much foot thumping noise he made. That's not the hotels fault. I felt... More

Room was small, I couldn't actually fit in the bath and I'm 6"2 which was a bit poor because it doesn't suit everyone. There was a random sock found under the bed which belonged to the last person staying in the room (I'd like to think). Staff are friendly! But breakfasts are over priced plus they don't sell Pork Sausages.

Premier Inn is a fairly basic hotel chain but the rates charged for my stay were not significantly cheaper than better hotels in a better location within central Milton Keynes. The Premier Inn is located next to some wasteland and the area looks derelict. The attached Beefeater restaurant is not a suitable place to entertain business clients and to get... More

I got a room on the ground floor due to the larger than usual luggage I was carrying around. There was no elevator otherwise I would've chosen the upper floors. But no complaints; just not used to sleeping in a hotel with my room beside the road. Feel a bit less privacy.

Last year I gave a poor review to a premier Inn in Caernarfon, and fair play Premier gave a partial refund. It was with some trepidation that I booked with Premier again. This hotel is totally different. Reception were friendly and helpful. Our room was ok, clean and adequate size. Comfortable beds. Three negative points: There was a strong smell... More

We stayed on 29th July 2016 when we were visiting MK theatre for Rocky Horror. Parking was great (and only £5.50 for 24 hours - we thought this was pretty good considering the location!) The staff were so helpful and polite, the location is great. Highly recommended.

Again, was not looking forward to another week away from home, but got to my room which was spacious and clean. It was 29 degrees in the room and no air con, but the lovely receptionist gave me two fans and I made myself at home. What I didn't expect was the fact that they would heat up food for... More
