I've stayed here a few times, the staff is really friendly and helpful with anything, and the hotel is in a good position, close both the central train station and the MK centre. Shout-out to Harsh at the reception and the young man who welcomed me the night before (didn't take his name, sorry), they've been particularly kind! Would recommend.

You can’t fault the hotel for what it offers for the price, clean, quiet rooms with everything you need for an overnight stay and the location is convenient for transport links. Special shout out to Celine on reception who was super helpful!

When I arrived I got received well. I originally booked a room without a window but requested one with a window, I finnaly got a free upgrade due to my axienty. I would like to thank Kamel for that . Stayed in the hotel recently for 2 nights, actually, the first time ever in Easyhotel! I was well surprised by the level of customer service. I have asked Austin from reception about the city and local area, and he was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right in the centre of the city and it's easly accessible, however there is no room for your car but you can easily walk to the biggest mall I have ever seen in England! My room was nice and tidy when I checked in. No dust and even smelled nice. Rooms are small but very comfortable, there are also helpful maids around who helped me with my toilet rolls..small things but its a big plus for whole stay. Defo come back on my next trip in this area!

Theoni is the best receptionist I’ve ever came across. She was very helpful and helped me throughout my whole stay. I stayed for 2 weeks and she helped with all my enquiries that I had. Also the hotel is very comfortable and clean.

Really helpful friendly staff, especially Kamil. He was brilliant at front desk and very very accommodating . Room was nice too. A lot better than I was expecting considering the price point. Definitely recommend. Bed comfy and decent facilities. Right in the middle of city too.
