Partner and I booked to stay the night for our birthdays. Room was excellent value for money - Considering the price included 2 course meal each and breakfast at the Beefeater next door. The room was immaculate, modern and catered to every need.. including a big, comfy bed, extra pillows, a fan - which was perfect considering we stayed on... More

I say, 'I guess' as I think Premier Inn prices have crept up over the last few years to something that isn't such great value. This cost me £110 for one night B&B. Hotel is fine I suppose - claims that the rooms are new, but I didn't spot any differences to others. Biggest problem was no aircon - room... More

I think it's been updated recently because it's really well presented bathroom wasn't roomy but was really clean and lovely. Bed was super comfy slept like a log ha ha. They came and made up a bed my my little girl we said we'd do it and it wasn't a problem but they insisted they would do it, which was... More

Walked into the room and we were both pleasantly surprised. Extremely clean and modern and the bed was very comfy! Much better quality room than was expected. Borrowed an iron from reception which was fine however they had run out of ironing boards which was an adventure trying to iron on the floor however this is the only negative thing... More

Lovely, helpful staff. Room was uncomfortably hot for the four days that we stayed there but the staff tried to do their best to make our stay more comfortable. I would definitely stay in this Premier inn again. Really quiet at night with no outside noise.

Very friendly hotel from the warm welcome at reception and indeed every staff member we passed that all said good morning etc. Lovely new room with great shower with a lovely big shower head, very fluffy towels and a comfy bed although I felt like I needed a step ladder to get in it as it was quite high (like... So much for comfortable beds and pillows! There was a mattress cover that had a plastic cover it made it very uncomfortable and almost impossible to sleep and the most comfortable pillow, a joke. I hope I never have to stay in a premier inn again.

The premier inn is very well located and only a few mins drive from the railway station. There are nice facilities around it e.g. Beefeater and Costa. However the rooms are too hot and as our room (141) backed onto a cinema complex and restaurant it was too noisy to leave the window open (we were woken by people shouting... More

This hotel is a rabbit warren with poor signage and no lift. If you have any mobility issues you need to contact the hotel before you arrive to make them aware of this and ask for a ground floor room near reception.
