Reception was nice and welcoming even 2 colouring packs for the kids. Spa facilities and swimming pool on offer to use but we didnt. Abit pricey 2 cokes at the bar cost £7.30 and a portion of chips was gonna cost £4. Rooms spacious for the 4 of us , beds not very comfy and no air con. Which on... More

We came here for a night away, staff were friendly but we had hassle at check in. We were sent to the wrong room however this was rectified immediately. Room was tidy and clean however apart from a pubic hair on the toilet seat (which was not ours!!). Room had all essentials and bed was comfortable allowing a good sleep.

There were 5 of us staying for one night on business. When I got to my room the bedding looked like it had already been slept in, plus there were personal hairs on the quilt so I walked back to Reception to request a different room. I sort of expected at least an apology but no just got a different... More

Helpful and friendly Reception staff; all staff were very pleasant. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. A very good breakfast selection. At the actual wedding reception we were greeted with cocktails and had time to check in at Reception and settle in to our room. The Wedding breakfast dinner was extremely good, and the room and tables were beautifully decorated. We... More

Having read some previous reviews, I was concerned this hotel would not be up to much, but I was pleasantly surprised. I stayed here for one night for my niece's hen day and spa. My sister and I shared a room, which was booked as a twin room (as were all the rooms for the other hen party girls), but... More

Lots of staff on reception which is always nice to see, very friendly & seemed to know wot they were doing. Room was ok for the 4 of us,although somebody staying before us must of had a 40th birthday party as there was a small amount of confetti under bed. Main meals start from around £10 & children's meals £5. Swimming... More

On arrival everything seems lovely, clean and friendly staff. we checked in and went to our room, we had booked and paid for a quad room (meaning sleeping 4) this was not the case, we had a double bed for me and my husband, and a single pull out... Stayed for two nights as part of a deal for Paultons Park. The hotel room was a good size for myself, husband and 2 children. However lots of downsides, there was a very strong and weird smell to the room not sure if it was the cleaning products used but it didn't smell good at all, the bath was clogged... More

Arrived to find room not ready because of broken laundry - seems to happen a lot here. Had to wait, no apology. Went to use pool, "you can but we haven't got any towels". Went back for room towel, only to find jacuzzi out of service, with no warning and again no apology from staff. Changing room floors filthy and... More
