Spent a couple of days looking for accommodation in Bolton and came across this wonderful Guest House. Perfect location for an overnight stay and a night out in Bolton. Located 5 minutes walk from the Town Centre this establishment offers lovely clean rooms and a friendly helpful landlady. I would recommend this place and we will definitely return.

Stayed here last weekend when on a short visit. Found the room, clean comfortable and warm, as were the people there. Excellent breakfast made by the lovely Debbie......not the most selubrious of locations but still a great place!!

This guesthouse was very good value and a decent place to stay at and is very close to Bolton Train station and the city centre. The owners are friendly and will do their best to help you before your stay and also while you are there. It is a self serving guesthouse - you let yourself in and out so...

I stayed here recently for two nights - the rooms are fine and the value is excellent. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a good quality budget B&B. However, they attempted to charge me a £10 fee for arriving late, after 9pm. They kindly waived this fee after I explained my delay was due to travel disruption...

Nice clean room, lovely staff, good location, walking distance to town center. This is my second visit and would definitely use again. Would recommend others to use this hotel. Breakfast is available and staff are very knowledgeable about the local community.

Stayed one night with our grandson. Room was a bit dated but clean, was at front so a bit of traffic noise, bed was comfortable. Really friendly staff made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was freshly cooked and very nice.

Debs made me feel very welcome as soon as I set through the door. Bed was extremely comfortable. With the TV and free WIFI I couldn't have asked for anything more. Nice full English set me up for the day.Would have no hesitation in staying here again next time I'm back up North.

Nice place clean and quite near the centre. Debbie the owner and her son are very welcoming people. Did not have any breakfast so wouldn't know if it is nice or not. Parking is plus and always available. Price OK.

What a dissapointment. Chose this B and B by the reviews on here. How this place rates 8.5 I would love to know. The only thing that I can think of is that somebody is leaving false reviews. I have spent many years travelling around the south coast staying in many b and b's and this is the worst that...
