Room was clean and roomy Little bit old fashioned but the beds were sooooo comfy ! Hosts were brilliant and very helpful in finding us a taxi. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was very nice and was very happy with the price

Very friendly lady greeted us,bit of a trek from centre if not driving but good parking if you are.Room 5 twin room light and airey and big enough,could do with some modernising but pleasant enough for one night and quiet.Breakfast was extra didn't realise - investing in Heinz tomato sauce would have been a nice touch but tasty enough. We were greeted by a very nice friendly lady who showed us to our room. The room was a little tired but had most of the amenities you would want. As with a number of places we seem to stay though it did lack hooks to hang our coats. Also there was nowhere to hang our towels in the bathroom.... More

Friendly welcome - comfortable en suite room - Easy access to all amenities..Well cooked breakfast - Very reasonably priced accommodation. Parking was available. I have booked again for a short stay at Easter..

Stayed here with a group and upon checking into the room, there was black hairs in the bed and showers in 3/4 rooms. One bed had clumps of hair in the bed the first night. My husband and I have stayed here a few times as my husband does ironman uk,wouldn't want to stay anywhere else,will always come here as they are welcoming and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay!

My partner and I stayed in a double room in the basement which although didnt let a lot of light in, the room was clean with all basics accounted for. The owner was pleasantly attentive and we had a great nights sleep in a comfy bed :) lovely stuff.

Clean, comfortable and welcoming. TV, tea/coffee facilities, free Wi-Fi in bright, airy room. Clean shower room & WC. Proprietor Debbie very pleasant and helpful. Handy location within few minutes walk of station and Bolton town centre.
