This was our first visit and was truly delighted, the service was great didn't have to love from the table the barman looked after us brilliantly. The food was fantastic, cooked to perfection with a great choice of sides (choice of 3) included in the price, all in all we all had a great lunch, would definitely recommend

My friend and I visited for tea after work, nice simple decor in an old building..friendly staff..it was quite quiet. I enjoyed the food, it was very nicely presented, good portion side orders and my lamb chop was tasty. Hope to return with my hubby for huge pig out..simple good food

Just spent 2 nights here visiting family in Bolton. Friendly atmosphere and we were well looked after by staff and management ( John ). Excellent menu choice. A great selection of beers. Will be happy to return.

A very comfortable and friendly find. Our son needed to travelto Bolton at short notice and we were pushed as to finding him somewhere to stay. If we had known what a great find this was, we would have booked him in for the complete stay. Ian waited for our son to arrive, although this was after 11pm, made sure... More

Came for a family meal. The food was excellent and of very high standard..Not your bog standard pub grub. Friendly and prompt service by all bar staff especially the very friendly gentleman behind the bar who made sure that customers were seen to properly. We will be returning.

Recently refurbished inside to a high standard the beer garden has sadly been neglected not only is it unsightly it is positively dangerous not unlike the over the top selection of ales on offer. Now summer has finally arrived i suspect the claims for personal injury will soon be following!

Dining, excellent Quiz Night Wednesday was a full house, great atmosphere Booked the Double Room at £40, very reasonable. More a guest house than a hotel with basic, tired rooms. Dated furniture makes it feel like 1970's when the UK had a poor reputation for hospitality Bed seen better days Bathroom also A little investment per room oom would greatly... More

The Brewhouse has been a popular restaurant and pub for many years. The recent refurbishment which includes huge leather sofas works very well for this location and exactly what was needed. The refurbishment has opened up a smaller area which shows a selection of wine. The menu is smaller than I would have liked, however the quality of food was... More
